Perfectly located 5 minutes from the Beach and 15 minutes to Downtown Charleston and roughly 25 minutes to the Airport. Our newly renovated condo is the best location for those wanting to explore all that Charleston has to offer. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one King bed, one bunk bed of full over full with a full trundle. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a spacious porch for you to enjoy meals and the warm breeze or maybe watch a movie. This is the perfect Beach getaway.

Close to the Beach

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was perfect for our time there. There was a back deck we enjoyed and loved the very short distance to folly beach. Communication was great and we would def stay again next time we are in town.

Great location!

We stayed at the condo for 2 nights as part of a quick stop in the area on our drive home from Florida. The location was perfect as you were within just a couple minutes of the beach, yet free of the hustle and bustle that can sometimes be an aggravation on vacation. The unit itself was small as described an although we didnt fix a meal there, the kitchen looked to have all the needed essentials. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and we enjoyed spending our evenings on the screened in patio watching TV. Oscar was also very prompt and attentive to any questions or needs we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic find!

Loved this condo! It was the perfect size for 2 adults and 3 kids. The place was spotlessly clean, had nice updates and everything we needed (linens, towels, etc.) was provided. Oscar was super helpful and communicative. The location is wonderful for visiting Folly—overnight parking is guaranteed and easy to access! (If you know you know 😂) Definitely hope to stay here again in the future and recommend strongly! Only caveat is there’s no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, keep that in mind.

The parking is conveniently right out front. The condo has plenty of lighting inside and outside and is decorated with contemporary furnishings and colors. There’s a TV in every room, and even outside on the back deck! Everything was spotlessly clean and there was no residue on the floors, counters, or mirrors from cleaning products. It’s a beautiful condo and the owner obviously cares and takes pride in it! You wouldn’t be disappointed in renting this space.

Doubled booked but a win in the end

So we arrived and other people were in our room. We quickly realized we were double booked. (The double booking was not his fault) Oscar was amazing and quickly found us another place within the hour. His communication was prompt and he upgraded us to a house closer to the beach. He was kind to check on us. I highly recommend this owner.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property had not been cleaned when we arrived at our scheduled check in. We contacted the host and they took care of everything within the hour. The property was well kept and clean. It is about 5 minutes outside of Folly Beach which we visited three days of our stay. It is close to Charleston and numerous restaurants can be found in either direction. The only disappointment was a Hot tub was listed by accident but has probably since been corrected. I would return again because the host makes every effort to see that you are satisfied.

Folly Love

This is an exceptional Vrbo property with modern amenities and an great location for the beach as well as time spent in Charleston. Our check in process was a bit stressful as the access code did not match the code to enter. After a short conversation with VrBo who in turn got in touch with the property owner the situation was rectified. The previous guest did not throw out the trash under the sink but this was only a minor inconvenience. Overall this was a wonderful experience, one that I will likely book again for my family.

Perfect spot

This is located in the perfect spot. It was very close to the beach & downtown Charleston. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Oscar was very quick to respond to any questions or problems. We had an issue at check in but he made it right instantly. I would use his property again. The condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us. I believe the screened in patio was our favorite spot. I actually slept out there on our last night😁 We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place!

We had a great time. The place was very nice and clean and only a 2 minute drive to the beach. Oscar was very accommodating when we mixed up our dates and arrived late. No one was booked the next day and he graciously switched our dates so we could enjoy our full stay. Thank you again!

The location was perfect for us. Only a 5 minute drive to beach, restaurants and grocery store, and around 20 minutes to Charleston. We loved the back porch with lounge furniture and TV. The condo itself was clean, functional and well equipped. Thank you for hosting us.
