Quel endroit! 201 E Huron est (3 chambres ~ 2 salles de bain complĂštes) ~ (6 couchages) Garez votre voiture et LAISSEZ-LA! Votre seul bloc Ă  la rue centrale, oĂč vous trouverez tous les magasins confortables,
restaurants, bars «beachy», et à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage!

Profitez de la cour clÎturée privée, équipée d'un patio en pierre, d'un hamac, d'une fontaine d'eau et de nombreux siÚges. Il y a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des siÚges autour de la table et du bar. Fraßchement repeint, avec de nouveaux sols dans les piÚces à vivre.

On ne peut nier le dĂ©cor classique de Folly Beach que les propriĂ©taires ont mis dans leur maison. Venez rester et voyez par vous-mĂȘme! Le terrain arriĂšre est clĂŽturĂ© et il y a beaucoup d'espace dans la cour gazonnĂ©e pour que les enfants (et les chiens) puissent jouer. Il y a aussi un joli foyer. Handicap accessible depuis l'entrĂ©e latĂ©rale, le reste de la maison ne l'est pas.

This is our second time staying here, and the house was just perfect for my family. It offered a great fenced in backyard for our pups, and 3 bedrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location is the best. Just a few blocks from everything on Folly as far as restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach was just a short walk away as well. We will certainly return!

A slice of heaven in Folly!

This is my second year staying in Folly, which is one of my favorite beaches! 3 blocks from the ocean, and 2 blocks from Berts Mart and Chico Feo, the hippest bar around! Close to everything and a fantastic beach to call home for 2 weeks. The house was perfect! Immaculate, spacious 3 bedroom, with a nice outdoor, fenced in space for the pup. And, I have to say that it was a pleasure dealing with the rental company and owners, who were kind enough to accommodate sudden change in plans due to Hurricane Debby, which unfortunately cut our trip short. But this place is fantastic and I would definitely bring my crew- and fido- again!

Place was great. Location is wonderful. Fenced in back yard gave lots of privacy and room for everyone to just hang out. Place wasn’t perfect but if we all go back we will try to use it again. For the price it was great.

Great Value for Folly Beach

We enjoyed our stay and absolutely love Folly Beach. The cottage was great location, few blocks from the beach, restaurants, bars and cute shops. The outside furniture could use a little TLC but overall the communication was good and we were happy with our stay.

Great For Dogs

This house is in a great location. Far enough from all the activity but close enough to walk to. Perfect for dogs! Having the gated porch to the door made it easy for me to leave my dogs as I was bringing things in before allowing them inside. The backyard is also perfect for dogs. For the most part, the house was very clean but there were some areas that needed extra attention. The furniture is fine, definitely rental property furniture. The mattresses were comfortable. Inventory of the kitchen needs to be done as it is lacking some essentials. I would rent here again if I were to bring my dogs. However, I would probably rent a different house without the dogs.

Blue House was a good time

We had a group of 4 girls (plus a little dog) stay over Memorial Day weekend. This house was perfect for our group, had a bed for everyone and 2 bathrooms. The yard was perfect for the dog to run around and play. It was a short walk to the beach, to the river, and to the main drag of restaurants and shops. Living room was comfy, kitchen was stocked with basics. It was easy to get in and out of the house. There is a semi-reserved parking space at the "driveway" but did have a strange car parked there once. Response from MOR: Thank you for your review and feedback! Great location!

Very clean, perfectly located well appointed beach house! Fenced in yard was perfect for outdoor socializing and dog play. A short walk to the beach, Bert's Market, and Chico Feo! Who could ask for anything more?!? Park your car and walk everywhere! Appreciated the two full baths for our fun gals weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect beach house

Our family, including elderly father, stayed in this perfectly located beach house. Only a few short blocks to both the beach and shops/restaurants. The house is a great layout, clean and well equipped, and even has a fenced backyard (privacy) to enjoy. Another plus is that golf cart rentals are right around the corner. Perfect beach house

This beach house is perfectly located just a few blocks from the beach and Center Street. Run out of provisions? No problem. Just walk two blocks to Berts. This cute little house was the perfect size for our family get away, complete with fenced in yard with privacy. Those needing assistance to and from the beach and shops can walk just around the corner to rent a golf cart. House is clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again! Wonderful location

Folly Beach is amazing. Will definitely return. The location was great and the cottage was nice. Good location from the beach. It's a few blocks from the beach but they are short blocks. Was not happy with some aspects of the cleanliness of the cottage.

The location was great. The house was not super clean when we arrived. Sand was still all over the floors, trash was still in one of the bathrooms, black stuff was on the couch and bar chairs, there was food and a piece of broken coffee mug in the bottom of the dishwasher. Several of the outlets were upside down and loose, our charges kept falling out. There was no broom or mop and the cookware was old and nasty. I will say that the property manager did bring a broom, mop, and new cookware. They offered to come clean the next day but by that time I had already cleaned. There was so much dog poop in the back yard that my husband had to go out and pick it up just so that our dog could go to the bathroom without us worrying about her or our toddler getting into or stepping in it. Again, the location was great but the the cleaning service did not do a good job.

Great little cottage within walking distance to the beach!

We had a great stay at this little cottage just a couple of blocks from the beach and Bert's market. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were very good. The house needs a few updates here and there but it was all perfect for a long beach weekend. Quite neighborhood, very easy check-in/check-out, not too many house rules. Would definitely stay there again.
