This delightfully renovated first-floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is sure to please the whole family! The living area is open and spacious, it features a beautiful electric fireplace and access to the oversized deck. The dining area features a table that will seat 6 and room at the eat-at-bar for 4! The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need! Relax in the master bedroom, it features a king-sized bed, access to the deck, and an ensuite. The ensuite has a double vanity – plenty of light and a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, access to the guest bathroom, and a private courtyard! The second guest bedroom is off the dining room and has a king-sized bed and a lovely writing desk! Enjoy dinner or even just the surrounding nature on the back deck at the patio table that will seat 6.

CDC CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.
