North Hampton est un High Rise Ocean-Front. Ce 3 chambres à coucher, l'unité 3-salle de bains spacieuse est situé au 18e étage. Cette unité spacieuse dispose d'un grand lit dans la chambre principale, une reine dans le 2ème bedrom, deux lits queen dans la 3ème chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a aussi trois salles de bain complètes,. Le maître et la 3ème chambre une salle de bains connectés à la salle. Pour votre détente, cet appareil dispose d'un grand balcon avec accès de chaque chambre et le salon. Le balcon est doté de plusieurs chaises, une table et deux chaises longues où vous pourrez profiter pleinement du soleil !!
Le décor est très chaleureux et invitant et un rappel constant que vous êtes à la plage! Nous savons que vous apprécierez le confort et la détente North Hampton 1815 a à offrir !! Pour profiter de la piscine intérieure North Hampton, demander à la Attendent de réception situé au premier étage d'une clé. S'il vous plaît noter :: Il y a un dépôt de sécurité de 25 $ sur le bassin KEY INDOOR! Il y a un magnifique club de santé, centre de fitness et de beaux courts de tennis disponibles dans le complexe que vous pouvez utiliser pour une charge quotidienne.

Beautiful & Spacious but Inconvenient & Restricting

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was spacious, clean, and had incredible beachfront views. It was a comfortable space for our family, and the location on the beach was a big plus. That said, several aspects of the experience were frustrating and felt outdated.There was no keyless entry or building code — just a single physical key that only worked on the front entrance of an 18-story building, meaning long walks around from the beach to get inside. The thermostat couldn’t be set below 70°, with a warning about extra charges if you did, despite a huge uncovered sliding glass door that let in a lot of afternoon heat. There were also signs of wear and tear like broken closet shelves.The key pickup and drop-off required driving 15 minutes away from the condo, which felt very old school given today’s standards. We also had to text photos of our ID and credit card upon arrival, and at checkout send a photo of the parking passes and notify them when we were leaving. It all felt a bit excessive and not very guest-friendly.Overall, it’s a nice unit in a great location, but the outdated and restrictive policies made the stay feel more cumbersome than it should have.

Awesome Condo

Great Location But Condo Needs Major Repairs

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start with pros - nice bathrooms, great location, and pretty view. Cons - when we arrived the floors were filthy dirt and there was a bag of trash stuffed under a bed!! Who does that!! stand alone shower in master bathroom was cold for first four days. The maintenance guy actually told me it was only. 40 gallon hot water tank so I should wait an hour between showers!! If this place sleeps 10 I can’t imagine waiting 10 hours to get every one showered. We had 7 and it took about 2 hours for everyone to get a warm shower. The bedroom with 2 queens had zero air conditioning!! It was about 80-85 degrees and my sons family of 4 couldn’t sleep so we had to take a late run to Walmart and purchase a $60 fan so they could get a little air moving...they were still miserable the entire week. Tries to open sliding door and it came off track - 2 strong men barely could lift back on track, tried to open main slider and the lock fell off and inside the door. Master bedroom ceiling fan light almost hit me in the head- tried to turn off fan and the whole light fixture was dangling by a wire. Had to wake up husband in middle of night to attach light back on fan (didn’t get near fan rest of trip!!). Kitchen sink stayed backed up, the standing lamp fixture in dining room was broken off at the bulb dangling so we couldn’t use in fear of getting shocked. Don’t go to grocery store right away...we bought groceries and after not cooling for 6 hrs we had to all meats, eggs etc in our cooler so they wouldn’t go bad then sometime in middle of night the refrigerator started working. Two morning we were woke up because a crane was on the roof and was right on top of this condo pounding on the roof. Why start in early morning prime season before most are awake? It was the second worst condo I’ve ever stayed in at Kingston. We’ve been going there for 25 years and I do believe it’s time to find another place.

We had a great stay! On the way, we got a call that the air unit in the condo we reserved was not working. They were quick to accommodate us with another unit and refund money. We will use them again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the apartment was good but there are some areas that could be improved. The mattress on the beds are some of the most uncomfortable bricks we have ever slept on. None of us got a good night sleep due to the back and hip pains from the mattress. The Master Bathroom has a built in shower that needs work. The sealant is coming off, there are tiles about to come off and there is mold growing and visible. The remote batteries need to be replaced and the battery cover needs to be fixed as it keeps falling off. Additional blankets being made available would be helpful

WONDERFUL VACATION PROPERTY!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent two wonderful months in this spacious condo.Kitchen: nicely updated, appliances were new and a dream to have. Cupboards were the best stocked cupboards we have ever had. Dishes, cutlery, pots and every conceivable baking and serving pans.Washer and Dryer new and just like home. Bathrooms were really nicely updated and cupboard space galore in the bedrooms. Overall a very bright and spacious condo as each bedroom had a slider to the amazing balcony. Never seen a balcony this large. Not much shade however at this time of year that was fine....might be really hot in the summer and that's fine if you like that. The only thing I might complain about were the sliders, they really need to be replaced and the bed skirts and head boards in the guest room. Overall our experience dealing with Palmetto was excellent and our stay was great! Thank You!

Winter in Kingston Planatation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The three month stay was full of contrasts. The Kingston Plantation itself is excellent with incredibly well maintained grounds, beach access, parking, etc. The unit itself is beautiful in its ample size and layout, south facing orientation, and the appliances were excellent. The beds were all old and in need of replacement, the dining room patio door was very hard to open and one of the handles was broken. Many of the drains in the unit (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) worked poorly because it seems apparent the plumbing vent for the condo is blocked. There was a large mold spot in one of the bathroom ceilings. The maintenance crew who work on the main floor of North Hampton were outstanding - friendly, cooperative. Late arrival was needed, and all steps were taken to arrange in advance, however it didn't work. The keys were note left by the means promised at a drop box. The unit was not cleaned well prior to the arrival and we had to spend time cleaning it.

With the large rooms, spacious kitchen, & access to quiet beach made our stay superb before heading back school. It does need a furniture update & repairs on door handles & fixing old, dirty vents. We put a request in for repairs, including a broken shower handle & it was never fixed. Paid for 3 bathrooms & could only use 2. We made it work but for the cost, we should get better maintenance. Best time is either sunrise or sunset on the balcony. Superb.

The condo was exactly as described by Palmetto Vacation Rentals. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, clean and stocked with basic necessities as outlined in the rental agreement. The location was perfect, right on the beach with a lovely pool. We enjoyed the short ride to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and Alligator Adventure. We look forward to a return trip.

Outdated, rude and unprofessional

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My and My families stay was uncomfortable. There was mold everywhere and the balcony doors were awful. There was never security in the lobby for the safety of our stay, and the one time he was there he robbed us. I’ve tried hard to inform palmetto, but they just dismissed us like we were nobodies. Save your money and don’t use palmetto. They are not accommodating at all. Oh..and Management was very freaking rude and nasty!

Great location, great unit!

We stayed in the North Hampton, unit 1815, and it was a great unit! It's in a hot, humid area so yes, there may be some corrosion or whatever, but if that is something you would complain about stay away from beach areas! The balcony had a fantastic view of the beach, the A/C worked great (thank goodness!) and everything in the kitchen was functional. There were 8 of us in the unit, and we had plenty of space. The three bathrooms were a bonus, and having a washer/dryer definitely helped. We will be back, and I would definitely recommend this place. Working with VRBO and Palmetto Vacations was simple and easy!!
