Canterbury Court 6-3 Ce condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain a tout. Ce condo rez de chaussée a une vue magnifique sur la zone boisée de la station. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, la 2ème chambre a 2 reines et la 3ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Avec un canapé-lit dans le salon et la salle à manger. Ce condo a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Une courte promenade et vous serez assis sur une grande plage privée. Avec des quais de pêche à proximité et des bars et des cafés en plein air. Avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, vous pourrez préparer un petit-déjeuner simple en un dîner de luxe pour vous et votre famille.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ants was very bad in the kitchen you could barely cook without the ants invading your food, and the entire place need more and better pillows; the pillows was flat the porch needed to be power washed and old furniture needs to be removed along with the fake flowers. Also the entrance way had no blinds nor curtains anyone could walk by your room and see directly into the room.

Unfortunately the condo does not include the amenities provided by embassy suites Kingston plantation. That was the only drawback overall everything else was great.

The linens had to be washed before we could go to bed because the beds looked like they never been changed. The place just wasn’t clean.

There are blinds which will not close or open. Great location. Max of Palmetto was helpful. We are booked to return with the understanding that issues which we have listed with Palmetto will be looked into and dealt with.

Better think twice

We have been staying in Kingston Plantation for eight years, and this was by far the worst time. We arrived and made a list of sixteen things that needed addressed, but since the rental agency was not available till Monday (got there on Saturday) we had to put up with them for two days. When informed on Monday, the agency did send someone out to fix half of the things. Didn't like the fact that we had to go 20 min one way out of our way to get the key. Also, unless you are in very good shape the distance to the beach is too far to walk, and impossible to tote much. We will not be renting any properties not being rented by owners ever again, and I am not just speaking of our once a year beach vacation. We have gone to many places using vrbo, and this is the only time we have been disappointed.

Our experience was terrible. We had a property booked since April on the beach, with several pools, etc, and close to family that was also meeting us in myrtle beach and they had rented a place close by. Then less than a week our Vrbo was cancelled. We find a place at the last minute, it was NOT on the beach, far from where our family was staying, no indoor pools, no indoor workout center. The place was more expensive than our original booking. When you are traveling 22 hours to stay at the beach and then this happens, it was a major devastation to our family vacation. Not being on the beach was terribly disappointing. The place we stayed was not clean, dirty sheets (which I have pictures of) a huge dead bug in the living room and sand all over the floor. Owner is suppose to be getting back to me after I sent in picture, I have emailed her twice and still have NO response. This entire vacation has been SO SO disappointing.

I will not visit this property again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not a great experience! From the staff to the roaches and a broken tv in the bedroom.Ceiling fan was also broken. We did not get any help from maintenance and I was told someone would reach out, that never happened.

We had to call somebody over to fix the AC and had to go to the local Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean the whole condo.Our trip would've been perfect had it not been for these things. I am glad to know Palmetto Vacations had recently gotten another cleaning company.

Location and community is very good but property was not at all clean

from other review I had idea that property was not clean but after seeing comment from owner I felt that they must have worked on it and I will get clean place but for my disappointment it was very dirty … used towel was kept on washing machine , floor was dusty and all furniture Waldo dusty.. patio was cherry on cake …

Mixed Review

The floors at this property were extremely dirty. One of the TV's didn't work. Called maintenance and they gave me instructions on how I might fix it but it never worked during our trip. We were frustrated because they kept asking us to troubleshoot the problem. For the money that was paid I should not have to be responsible for fixing the problem.
