Trash and Recycling is deposited in chutes on each floor near the stairwell. A dumpster and recycling bins are located in the visitor parking area.

Other things to note

If you love trains YOU'RE IN LUCK! The train runs along the coast, right outside our condo complex. However, the train is difficult to hear from the location of this unit. The Oceanside Transit Center is only one mile away and all trains stop in Oceanside - either Amtrak, Coaster, Sprinter and MetroLink.

AC is provided in this unit with an additional charge for extended use. We do get a few weeks of hot weather in late July- August. Most days we have a nice ocean breeze. There are windows in every room which allows the breeze to flow through. There is a ceiling fan in the main living area and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is central heat (we normally use November through February).
