Venez profiter de notre petit coin de paradis. Asseyez-vous au lit, sur notre balcon, depuis le salon ou la cuisine et regardez les vagues entrer sur la plage pendant que les bateaux entrent et sortent du port. Promenez-vous à la plage, descendez la rivière San Luis Rey en vélo qui se connecte à l'océan ou prenez le train de montagnes russes jusqu'au centre-ville de San Diego. De notre magnifique condo, tout cela et plus encore sont à vos pas.

Si vous pouvez vous détacher des belles plages et du port immaculé, qui propose la pêche sportive, les croisières au coucher du soleil, le kayak et d'autres sports nautiques, ainsi qu'une grande variété de choix de restauration, vous pouvez prendre 15 minutes en voiture de Legoland, la sortie de Carlsbad magasins, ou les champs de fleurs. Intéressé par une journée de dégustation de vins? Les vignobles de Temecula sont à seulement 30 minutes en voiture. Le centre-ville de San Diego abrite une variété d'activités du zoo de San Diego à Sea World, et Disneyland n'est pas trop loin, à environ 45 à 50 miles. Si vous êtes intéressé par un environnement de zoo plus naturel, Safari Park est à seulement 30-45 minutes. Le golf est à proximité avec le parcours d'Arrowood, et Torrey Pines est à seulement 20 minutes

Great Summer Getaway!

Evette and her family could not have been more hospitable and welcoming. This unit is in a perfect location, close enough to the beach, restaurants and the pier but not so close that people can see what you're making for dinner like they can from some of the properties on the beach. Seacliff property is safe and secure It's safe and secure. Community amenities of pool, fireplace, gym and billiards room added to the enjoyment.

We loved the view and location to everything. The downfall was the train noise day and night. It's a beautiful condo with beautiful owners but it does need cleaning and upgrading. Anyone not knowing what living by the ocean does to your property wouldn't understand the mole in the showers. My husband said if he was to stay there again he would try and get permission to rent a recliner. Being a heavy man the leather couch was to soft, so he had a hard time getting out of it. The chairs in the dining area, at the counter and on the porch were all tall chairs. The beds were very comfortable. I loved having the washer and dryer in the unit and having an elevator getting to the 4th floor. I always felt secure. The sunsets were priceless. Thanks for letting us stay and enjoy your place for our summer vacation!

Great view and walkability

We picked this propery for a six week stay without a car and we were quite pleased w how that worked. Condo is.an easy walk to numerous wonderful restaurants and beach. We also purchased pronto passes and used buses, transit and Coaster. Sedona Library is Welcoming and we checked our email there and checked out books. The condo has high security in garage and elevator and pool area. Condo was exactly as it was represented. Decor is basic and simple without much in the way of knickknacks or artwork, allowing us to use the space to suit our needs . We were thankful that we were met in the driveway when we arrived in order to help us find the unit and navigate the keys, fobs and procedures to get to our unit. Guests need to bring everything for the kitchen so arrive with coffee! Plenty of linens available and lots of closet and drawer space. There is a wagon in the condo to get groceries from the underground garage to the 4th floor unit via elevator. We loved the sunset Harbor view.

Fantastic Condo Experience

My wife, Susan, and I have leased this condo for the past three years during the months of January and February! We keep coming back because of what the condo has to offer! Condo security, the close location to near-by attractions, the beautiful condo facilities and grounds, and the condo itself, with its fantastic views of the beach and marina, are highlights of our coming here! Another main highlight, though, is that of ease in dealing with the owner, Evette, and her parents. We appreciate the outstanding consideration we receive, the simplicity of the lease agreement and the wonderful relationships that have developed between them and us! We would highly recommend this condo!

Incredible Condo, Beautiful Views, Great Value

The condo and its views are even more beautiful than the pictures. You can watch surfers & boats in the harbor, wildlife on the river. You can walk, run or bike on a paved river path or on the beach within 3 minutes. It is a perfect setting within walking distance to the Oceanside pier, movies and restaurants. You can just relax on the balcony with your favorite adult beverage watching the waves, amazing sunsets or the occasional train. The interior of the condo is modern, clean and nicely appointed. Additional amenities include a pool, fitness center and barbeque area. All of this for a very reasonable monthly rate. The owners provide more than everything you need and are very responsive if you have questions. Just bring your clothes, swimsuits and tooth brushes.

Wonderful Condo

We rented this condo for 31 days to escape the cold winter in our area. We were interested in a place that was secure, had a view, and that was within walking distance to the beach, pier, shops, and train station. This condo certainly didn't disappoint us with our expectations. We found the owners to be absolutely great to work with in securing the condo for our time period! The lease agreement was to the point, simple, and gave us confidence that it was going to be a great place for our extended stay! The condo itself is beautiful, with a spectacular view of the ocean, river, and marina, with only an approximate 8 minute walk to the beach. The building amenities of the game room, swimming pool, hot tub, and exercise room were great. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the pier, Oceanside shops, and being able to catch the Coaster train into San Diego. This condo certainly met our needs and expectations, and we would highly recommend it. If fact, we plan on coming back for our second time next January!

Nice Place - Amazing Ocean & Sunset Views

We are a retired couple. We rented this condo without seeing it and it didn't disappoint. The complex is only 8 years old, and the condo is roomy with modern appliances and reasonably clean. Secure parking and secure elevator made us feel safe at all times. The sunsets were fantastic. We were within walking distance of the Oceanside Harbor Village and walked the Strand and Oceanside Pier nearly every day. Easy access to Pacific Coast Highway, Welcome Centre and the I-5. Owners are very nice people and we would rent from them again. The only comment one should consider is that the place could use a bit of updating - new linens, carpets and a paint job. Overall a great place to stay for a couple who needs a spare bedroom/bathroom for the occasional visitor. 4 Stars!

Spectacular!

Our visit to this Oceanside Condo was near perfect. The view was phenomenal and the beach was easy to get to either by walking or taking one of the two bikes provided. There were chairs, toys and even a wagon to haul all of our goodies to the beach. The unit was very clean and modern and the complex ripe with amenities: the pool, hot tub, bbq's, workout facility etc... There were several beaches to choose from, one private and two other public beaches with lots to do and see. The walk to the pier was nice and restaurants in town very accessible on foot. We'd love to stay again!

Oceanside Vacation..

What an amazing condo!!! My family and I had a blast staying there.. The condo was clean and beautiful. The host of the condo simply amazing!!! I would recommend the condo to anyone wanting a fun vacation.. It is centrally located with some wonderful restaurants across the street.. The beach right behind the condo with the awesome bikes guest can use for a fun day at the beach. I will definitley go back...

Great Place to Stay close to Beach

We had a great time at this property and hope to come back again. Our kids loved the pool and game room. The bike path is close and it was nice to be off the main streets. Very clean and well maintained, and the owners were fantastic at accommodating our changing schedule. There is a big road between you and the beach but very easy to navigate. Thanks for the fun time and we will definitely recommend this to any and all who are looking for a nice quiet place with the option of joining the busier scene at the beach front.

A Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the condo, it was quite spacious and roomy, very updated look, and the view was fantastic! We could see the harbor and the ocean, which was quite picturesque. The location was perfect, as we were visiting our nephew at Camp Pendleton, which is minutes away. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, and we are looking forward to coming back to this very charming condo!

Awesome Place to Stay

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We felt so at home and comfortable. The views were great, it is clean, bright and had absolutely everything we were looking for. The pool area was awesome and never very busy. We parked our car for the majority of our stay and were central enough to walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go. Our stay was relaxing and we would come back anytime.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose to buy at this location because of its unique location, being within walking distance to both the downtown area, harbor and beaches. We also love that we have views of boats coming into the harbor, the quaint harbor lighthouse, in combination with the white water beach views of the Oceanside beaches, AND we can watch the jumping fish and bird wildlife of the San Luis Rey River. There is just so much at your fingertips.

We love that this is a quiet and small condo village. Another benefit that we enjoy is the outdoor flireplace/bbq area where we can relax, listen to the fountain, and feel the ocean breeze as we warm our feet by the fireplace and cook out with family and friends.
