Offering a prime in-town location and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, this Telluride condo is a great escape for a family or a group of friends. Enter from Pine Street and be greeted by a space on the lower level where you can remove your shoes and hang up all your gear. As you head upstairs, there's a landing for the guest bedrooms; go just a bit further up and you'll come to the open living space. Enjoy a lovely living area, a formal dining table, three decks with incredible views of town and the mountains, a kitchen with an eat-in table, and an extra TV room off the main bedroom suite.

Other amenities include a covered parking space for your convenience, a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer, and a den. The decks offer great views of the surrounding area and mountains, so step outside to soak it all in. This is truly the perfect in-town option all year round.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location Location Location

Truly in the heart of the town of Telluride. Steps away from the main gondola, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, galleries, and more. Mostly 100% clean on arrival, plenty of amenities in the kitchen. TVs with Netflix and other streaming services at night in every bedroom. If there is a downside and the only reason it wasn't a five star, it is the 40 steps from ground level to the third level master/kitchen/living room. If you enjoy the luxuries of five star hotels, bellman, etc, this is a bit more laborious getting up and moved in. The secondary rooms (including the smaller 2nd master) are on the second level, but you still have to go all the way up for the kitchen. With the thinner air, getting to the top can be a choir if you are older, and/or a bit out of shape. Luckily my son hoisted all the luggage up for us. On the flip side, being on the third level does afford better views... One last note for the owners: Families with small ones, will want to rent gates from the Vacasa service for the stairs as it could be a bit dangerous without. We had one at the top level for the grandson, but we only had one gate, and the house could use 2-3. Also, the master has a silver dollar sized dark stain on the comforter which made it a bit icky wondering what that was from. And I had to run the vacuum in the master on day one which was luckily in the walk in closet. Likely the cleaning service just missed it.

Beautiful Telluride home perfectly located

Great location . Beautiful home and slept everyone comfortably. Great for entertaining your friends /family. Lots of games and conversation areas. Could walk anywhere very easily. Lots of windows and fresh air. They supplied very high end soaps, lotions , shampoo and conditioner. Lots of great staples for the kitchen . In the description, there was a description left out which took us by surprise. Just note there are 3 floors, 5 flights of stairs and main living area and kitchen and master are on the top floor. If you or anyone have physical limitations , this house would be challenging. We had small children with us and the multiple levels of stairs made us nervous . Also the house is not 100 percent air conditioning. Lots of fans and there is a partial A/C unit for the two masters . With Telluride being so cool in the summer , the windows opened and fans made it very pleasant . Other than this issue, we loved staying in this home. Vacassa was very responsive to any questions or needs .
