With one covered parking space and a location that's only a couple minutes' walk from Lift 7 at Telluride Ski and Golf Resort, you can quickly arrive and begin strolling to all of your adventures in Telluride! Located directly across the street from the San Miguel River, this luxury condo is one for all seasons. This home stuns with custom cabinetry and built-ins, high-end appliances, wool carpeting, and flagstone floors.

Occupying two levels, this condo has an updated kitchen, a living room with vaulted ceilings, and an open dining area. The main bedroom has a private bathroom, and the upstairs guest bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There's also a heated covered deck and a separate office.

Guests may use the shared hot tub that's open year-round.

As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

Perfect location near town and against the mountain. Could use a little updating but doesn’t detract from the spread. We thoroughly enjoyed.

Perfect location. Right across from the river which you can see from the balcony. Free public transportation—the Galloping Goose—stops just across from the building and there is a great walking path into town for those who prefer to walk. Within easy walking distance from the grocery store. The inside of the unit is very well done and comfortable. Would highly recommend this unit.

Location can't be beat

Stayed here with a group of old college buddies (5 of us). Kitchen was well stocked and was a good focal point. Decent space (two of us had to double up in a room and one on the sofa sleeper) and that is typical for our get-togethers. Biggest drawback might be just a single parking space, but I parked a car on-street about 2 blocks away (using zone parking pass) and never moved it. Best feature is access to lift (a few hundred feet away) and downtown and cozy bar, a few steps away. We had a great time and made some fantastic memories.

Gorgeous condo steps from the mountain.

A little slice of heaven. Incredible location across from the mountain and close to all shops and restaurants. Lots of space, great kitchen and super comfy beds. Great place for gathering and spending quality time in a beautiful place.

Wonderful stay!

Graysill 203 was perfect for our group. We had three couples with plenty of room to spread out. The views from here were spectacular! This condo is within walking distance of everything we did. Our stay was too short so we are looking forward to a return trip some day.

Great - almost grand!

The Graysill condo is lovely. Updated and great views! My family of 6 was very comfortable and my kids loved the interesting "extra spaces" especially the cute loft in the master on first floor. The condo was ideal for a ski vacation as there was plenty of room to relax after a full day on the slopes. My thoughts on great to grand would be reflected in the ski department. There isn't much info about the ski resort before or in the condo besides the obvious fact there is a lift across the street. That lift doesn't open till 9 so you need to take the gondola if you have kids in ski school (starts at 9). The Galloping Goose is right out the door and we used in all the time. Vacasa also offers a ski locker at Mountain Village (it's quite a walk in ski boots but it was a nice amenity). You should email to reserve before. A map of the ski hill in the condo would be hugely helpful as well as info about shuttle, gondola, etc. I would return and recommend though!!

Family ski vacation

The condo was tremendously located right at the Coonskin chair, yet easy walking distance to the heart of downtown. The layout was great, and we had 3 full bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was adequately stocked, with quality Wolfe and Sub Zero appliances. We all loved it and will return here!

Perfect location! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was literally across the street from Lift 7 and was so convenient for everything. It was very cozy and clean- would stay here again.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this condo. The views from the large windows are incredible - you can see the gondola, the river, and the waterfall at the end of town. The unit is steps from the river and a Galloping Goose station and a quick walk into town. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the office is upstairs on the other side of the balcony, so was perfect to get work done away from the kids. The only negative was the lack of A/C, and it got a little stuffy in the afternoons and evenings during the summer.
