This expansive vineyard estate in Northern Sonoma County, a wine country retreat unlike any other, showcases luxury craftsmanship and stunning scenery in every direction. Occupying two contiguous parcels of land in the renowned Alexander Valley AVA, this gated estate covers 70 acres of rolling hills and valleys - more than 20 acres of which have been planted with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes contracted to Silver Oak, one of the most acclaimed wineries in California.
A winding driveway leads to the estate's core, where you'll be greeted by 360-degree views of thriving vineyards and the surrounding countryside. There's a beautifully modern main home, an attached recreation room across the breezeway, a separate guest house, and a stand-alone wine cellar. The estate's outdoor amenities and facilities are equally impressive - a lap pool and an enormous, covered hot tub with panoramic views of the Alexander Valley, a poolside wet bar, porches that wrap around the house, a Sonos wireless sound system both inside and out, and a 13,000-square-foot sports arena to host your friendly basketball, volleyball, and tennis tournaments. A high-capacity washer/dryer will keep everyone looking their best.
Your stay begins in the main house, a 3,450-square-foot space with intricate, exposed beam ceilings, radiant hardwood floors, and walls of windows at every turn. The open floor plan brings together the living room and the dining room, with a double-sided fireplace that connects to the deck outside. The elegant gourmet kitchen was designed for the most discerning of chefs. It offers professional-grade appliances, granite and butcher block countertops, a well-equipped wet bar with its own mini-fridge and freezer, and another wine cellar. The expansive island breakfast bar connects the kitchen to the family room, a wonderful spot to gather by the fire and watch TV in the evenings.
Across the breezeway is the recreation room, a club-like space with a source of entertainment for every interest. You can play nine-ball on the pool table, deal cards at the game table, try to beat the high score on various games at the cocktail-style arcade cabinet, or simply gather on the sofa to watch a big game on the TV. The separate guest house is ideal for those seeking a bit more privacy, as it offers its own living area, bedroom, full bathroom, and sauna (accessed from outside).
THINGS TO KNOW
Apple TV with DirecTV is provided in the main house, and other streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Only Apple TV is available in the guest house.
Firewood is provided.
The pool is not heated in the winter.
Guests do not have vineyard access.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two surveillance cameras on-site - one at the outside main seating area to watch the driveway and one at the sports court pointing down the main driveway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
