An extra table & chair set is available for dining or can be used as a desk area for work. We have provided a fair-sized closet for your things during your stay in each room. The bathrooms are laid out with a tiled shower and complete with towels and toiletries.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with basic kitchen supplies, i.e., utensils, flatware, glasses, pots and pan, coffee maker, and microwave. There is usually FREE coffee, tea, sugar, etc., in the cabinets, so help yourself. There is a fridge, small stovetops, & a toaster oven—also a dining space for four guests.

I'm located near the HIP MALL. I'm about two blocks (~5-minute walk) to the mall or the nearest train station, about 5 min UBER drive.

• PARKING •
There is plenty of free street parking on a first come, first-serve basis.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the apartment, and there is a smoking fine of $300 if there is evidence of smoking inside the apartment.

DAMAGES & LOSS: I would genuinely appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise me of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.


PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes. Photoshoots, film shooting, and music videos are prohibited.
