Please NOTE: There are two bedrooms with a king and queen pull out bed respectfully. We offer a Queen Air Mattress with bedding UPON request.

The East Village Historic District is a historic district in the East Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The district is primarily residential and includes the oldest portions of the neighborhood. German immigrants and German Americans settled and developed the district from 1870 to 1920. Settlers were drawn to the area due to its proximity to jobs, both in local businesses and in larger industries such as brewing. Many of the architects and builders of the district's homes were German as well; they generally built houses in vernacular styles using masonry. After 1920, the neighborhood became primarily Polish; its demographics shifted again in the 1960s due to Hispanic settlement.[2]

Please be advised there are security cameras at every entry point to the property that are monitored 24/7. There are noise alert systems in the property that alert us immediately if noise goes above preset decibel levels. In the event the noise alert is activated and/or if unapproved visitors access the property the authorities will be contacted immediately.

Parties, gatherings and unapproved guests are strictly prohibited.

Smoking and vaping of ANY substance is prohibited.

Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests.

When checking out do not leave windows open, lights on and doors unlocked.

Please do not cook anything that leaves a lingering odor.

Please take off shoes after entering the unit.

Do not adhere or tape ANYTHING to walls and surfaces.

Do not use white towels, sheets, washcloths to remove make up ($10 fee per towel will be charged).

Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Loud music, voices, vibrations or any audible disturbance loud enough to disturb neighbors is prohibited.

Neighbor relations are critical for the health of our listing. We expect neighbors and other guests to be treated with respect and dignity.
