The outdoor entertainment area takes full advantage of the large backyard, 6-foot privacy fence, and mature trees when grilling out on the luxury propane outdoor kitchen or enjoying the gas firepit. The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with a gas oven/range, double work-triangle, and two sinks with a large refrigerator and soapstone countertops to accommodate multiple cooks. The massive central 9-foot island and lounge area keep you connected with guests when preparing dinner parties and brunch. The home boasts 3.5 bathrooms spread over three floors to provide adequate space to get ready for corporate events, weddings, graduations, and whatever else life has to offer.

Beautiful and comfortable

Lovely home that had several wonderful areas to visit with friends. Home was updated and had all amenities needed. It was in a great location. Easy access to downtown Richmond. Recommend highly; would stay there again.

We are Meghan and William, welcome to our home, Comanche House.

We moved to Richmond in 2016 and instantly fell in love with all RVA has to offer. This past year Meghan became a travel nurse to help on the frontlines of the COVID pandemic and we decided to rent our home when we are away on her travel nurse assignments. William manages the house and all the systems involved and will likely be the one who messages you back! We hope you love our home and neighborhood as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased our home because of its "perfect" location! We are walking distance to the James River with some of the best white water rafting and fishing on the east coast, mountain biking, the list goes on! We are 15 minutes to downtown Richmond, University of Richmond, VCU, and minutes to the best restaurants and breweries on the east coast.
Our neighborhood feels wonderfully secluded and the homes have large lots with single-family homes. In the afternoon you will see our neighbors walking their dogs, children riding bikes, and lots of runners and cyclists enjoying the shade of pony pasture rapids park.

One word, The Sunroom!

Our home is uniquely designed for hosting large families as it has two private master suites, two living rooms, an open dining/ living room, an outdoor kitchen/ patio area, and a large sunroom. The sunroom has cathedral ceilings flanked by windows and two deep daybeds perfect for family game nights (we stock lots of board games) as well as early morning coffee. It is everyone's favorite spot in the home.
