Set down your luggage and enjoy a cool beverage on the screened-in balcony, featuring a view of the lovely shared pool . From there, relax in the comfortable living room or head through the side door to the spacious main bedroom. Turn the air conditioner up or down to rest in comfort. An extra couch in the bedroom and a queen bed with special woven accents reminiscent of the beach means unwinding is no problem. You'll have a direct entrance to the hall bathroom, perfect for sleepy mornings. You definitely won't have any trouble waking up in the standalone shower, equipped with a premium showerhead and custom tile work within. The full kitchen (all set up with a French door fridge, full-size appliances, and a breakfast bar with room for three) has all the equipment you need to fill up a picnic basket for the beach. You can also enjoy a shared outdoor pool, outdoor shower, and a shared tennis court during your stay!
Enjoy a delicious meal at Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill right on site! Rose Marina is right next door, so finding a charter is easy. Marco Island Public Beach is southwest of the condo, about two-and-a-half miles away. Just over two miles away is Tigertail Beach, Marco Island's premier beach destination. It offers visitors five boardwalks, a picnic area with grills, a sand volleyball court, a playground, and a butterfly garden.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit requires an HOA registration to be completed and submitted back to the HOA prior to arrival in order to have access to the amenities. Failure to register will result in no access to the amenities.
A double-size sofabed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
