When mealtimes come around, the kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances needed to whip up any recipe with ease. Don't forget to break out the Sonos speakers too to set the mood while dinner is cooking. Socializing will be easy with the accommodating dining table and open living area complete with a massive flatscreen TV for movie nights.

Hillcrest is a mixed community of full-time residents of all ages, with and without schoolchildren, part-timers, other vacationers, and retirees. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, comfortable place with amazing views of the mountains and within easy reach of all that Stowe has to offer, this is the place. You won't have to venture far for a full day of fun, regardless of the season with the shared pool mere feet away and a sledding hill behind the building. When you want to venture out, a grocery store is right across the yard for necessities, and the main drag of Stowe is just a mile away offering shops, galleries, breweries/pubs like The Alchemist and Idletyme and restaurants like The Bagel that will not disappoint. Outdoorsy activities like walking and biking can be found at Stowe Rec Path and Quiet Path. The Wiessner Woods and Kirchner Woods are nearby and Mt. Mansfield and Smugglers Notch will be great hikes. Come winter, there's world-class skiing at Stowe Mountain Resort and backcountry skiing will be a great way to take advantage of the snow at Sterling State Forest on the Catamount Trail.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
