This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse at Stonybrook is within walking distance of so much that Stowe has to offer. Mount Mansfield views from the main living area of the house looking out over an open field, make this townhouse a great location for a vacation any time of the year in Stowe. In the summer go to the outdoor swimming pool and relax, there are also several tennis courts for your use. If you like to walk take one of the hiking trails from the complex or get on the Stowe recreation path which is 5 miles in length total. You can walk, ride a bike and in the winter XC ski. The recreation path will also pass by several restaurants & shops. You can also walk to the Stowe Farmers Market on Sundays from May to October. In the winter you are 10 Minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort.
The townhouse is located not too far into the complex. You walk into a nice entry way that has plenty of space for hanging coats etc. On the left is a modern remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel stove, refrigerator & dishwasher. There is a nice open dining are with seating for 6, there are also 3 counter stools at the kitchen counter. You move into a nice open living room with high cathedral ceilings. There is also a very comfortable leather sofa & love seat, facing the wood burning fireplace and TV. Also downstairs is the laundry closet with a washer & dryer for your use. Just around the corner from this is a fairly large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. You can also access the bathroom via a door just off the entry way. Upstairs are 2 more good size bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with closets and night stands. They share a bathroom which is in - between the 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has a 2 sink vanity and a separate room off of this with a tub/shower and toilet. The upstairs master has a deck overlooking the open field and mountain. There is also a deck off the living room & dining area which looks out over the open field with views of Mount Mansfield. If you are looking to vacation in Stowe where you are close to just about everything this townhouse will meet your needs
