Beachside bliss begins the moment you walk through the door. The condo is updated with tile flooring, plantation shutters, and custom details throughout. Though the waves are just outside, you'll find yourself wanting to stay in and explore your new "home".

Even if cooking isn't a loved hobby, you'll still find yourself drawn to the kitchen for its luxe aesthetic. Marbled countertops, colorful backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances create visual appeal. You'll find this space holds the everyday items you need such as a drip/Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and kitchen essentials. At mealtimes, you and yours can eat at the nearby table for five.

The dining table allows guests to dine to an ocean view; however, the best spot for dolphin sightings and ocean sunrises is in the living room. This space is furnished with a chaise sectional, leather armchair, and 60" Smart TV. Cable and streaming service apps are provided so you can watch your favorite shows each evening.

Those that prefer R&R outside can relax on the furnished balcony. The balcony has a second-floor direct view of the complex pool, sun deck, and NSB's non-driving beach. A table and four chairs are provided so you can enjoy morning coffee and evening happy hour outdoors.

At the end of a beach-filled day, you'll be more than ready to fall asleep in the primary bedroom. A king bed, 54" Smart TV, room darkening shades, and exclusive balcony entrance make guests feel absolutely pampered. Located en-suite is a stunning bathroom with a double vanity and beautifully tiled shower.

Like the primary bedroom, the second bedroom has a Smart TV and sleeps two with its queen bed. The fifth member of your party can claim the converted third bedroom which has a twin bed. Guests can share the nearby bathroom which has a standard bathtub.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, Smart TVs, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, an in-unit laundry room, printer, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach bicycle, private garage parking, and the best views of New Smyrna Beach. Dogs under 20lbs are welcome to join you on vacation; pet fees and breed restrictions apply.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
