Chateau St. Moritz is a classic two-story, walking distance to the Snow Summit Ski Resort, where you can enjoy full year-round activities. Modern conveniences including internet, paired with a relaxing retro vibe complete this Big Bear Lake cabin. The first-floor family room is where you will find a wood burning fireplace, large beamed ceiling, relaxing comfortable furnishings and a large flatscreen TV.

The galley kitchen area offers farmhouse style with bench seating as well as everything you need to prepare a great meal while enjoying your mountain vacation. Amenities include a gas range cooktop, double wall oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave as well as coffee maker and blender.

Off the kitchen hall area, you will find a powder bath and adjacent laundry closet, with a stackable washer and dryer available for tenant use.

The spacious outdoor patio area allowed for a beautiful tru mountain feel where you can enjoy the tall pines and native manzanita trees, while soaking in the spa or grilling on the propane gas barbecue. The ample deck seating makes this a great place for outdoor relaxing and entertaining.

On the second floor you will find a large furnished bedroom/ gameroom, with two twin bunk beds and two double bunk beds, full size pool table and additional flat screen TV. The separate well-appointed second bedroom includes a queen bed and flatscreen TV, with a full bathroom in the adjacent hall. Both bedrooms have large windows allowing for enjoyable outdoor views.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
