Colleagues reunion

The place was exactly as advertized, very well located and we used it mostly for sleeping. Could use more tools in the kitchen and dish towels. We recommend but hopefully the door lockpad is fixed soon as, if you don't have the keycafe token to scan, it's difficult to enter the code, the numbers are all erased.

Great location for college visits

Close to McGill and Concordia. Close to shopping & metro. We liked the Indian food restaurant a few doors down. Grocery around the corner. Very convenient. Neighbors were polite and friendly.

Very Disappointing but Lesson Learned

While it was a great location, the apartment and property manager were disappointing. It was a remote check-in so never met the property manager so highlighted issues with apartment via e-mail regarding leaking bathtub (and poor controls which led to scalding), poor internet, general disrepair and overall lack of cleanliness (including stained furniture) which was a bit ironic given we paid extra for early check-in due to them 'needing to hire more cleaners'. Property manager was initially responsive but did not offer to address issues. E-mail communication dried up when we asked for some sort of compensation though they did finally offer to send in the cleaners on the last full day of our 5-night stay (we did not accept given inconvenience and was not sure how that would have helped with the plumbing and internet issues). Learned limitations of Vrbo - they can move you if you are not happy when you arrive but cannot force property managers to communicate with you or address your concerns. Will not stay here again or any location managed by this property manager and if there is ever any doubt regarding a property, will avoid it or stay at a hotel where we do not have to deal with anonymous property managers.

Great location in downtown Montréal

Stayed one night after F1 weekend. Self check-in was straightforward. The apartment is centrally located and everything is in walking distance. Overall very clean and air con kept the place comfortable. There's a fully equipped kitchen but we ate out every meal. Bedrooms are on the side of the building away from the street so they're relatively quiet. I had a transaction glitch with my bank that was eventually solved. Host was patient and understanding while it got sorted out. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved it

I loved this place, what a great location. It was more spacious than it appeared in the photos. The view from the balcony is much nicer than the photos suggest. Totally clean, uncluttered, spacious. One large bedroom and one smaller but decent sized bedroom. Bathroom was fine, shower was good. Kitchen was great, dishwasher included. It was quiet and well heated. Again the location is awesome, couldn't ask for more food and shopping options right at the doorstep. We did have a bit of trouble getting in initially with the door code but it was resolved in a timely manner. I definitely plan on coming back.
