Just don't do it
I thought surely the other review from this year was exaggerated, I should have listened.
There are frat dorms cleaner than this listing. First off there is no couch, which we planned for someone to sleep on. I was then shocked to see that nearly every chair in the had a mystery stain on it. Even more surprised to see the fridge door handle was still broken off as you can see in the previous review. The cherry on top were multiple stains of what appeared to be blood all over the floor in the main area. Gross but whatever, avoid the chairs, clean the grime that was all over the kitchen, and carefully scrub the floors.
The next wonderful surprise was as we tried to leave the apartment at 10pm to catch some food after a long day, the door wouldn't lock. The cheap electric keypad and electric lock was not able to lock and we were not given a key to do it manually. Support was responsive but only started being helpful and sending someone out after I threatened (and eventually did) report them to VRBO. 3 hours later the solution was they would just give us a key.
After a late night we were treated early the next morning to the building administrator coming to report that the restaurant below had a leak from the ceiling and they determined that it was from our apartment. There was a moldy ceiling tile and a pipe leaking into the floor below. Building manager and a plumber worked (loudly) in the apartment for the next 2 days very early in the morning.
Just don't do it.
