North Ocean City-Bay-side condo. 100% Non Smoking, professionally decorated, with over 1500 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, There is an outdoor balcony and the condo is just 2 blocks from beach and walking distance to many restaurants & amenities.
Park your car and take the bus (bus stop is right out front) or walk to local fun activities. Northside Park, which is located across the street has a indoor community center with ball fields, playgrounds and 2 mile walking and biking path. The park is great for many planned celebrations such as Sundaes in the Park, with free concerts and make your own ice cream sundaes in July and August. On the 4th of July you can view the fireworks from the balcony.

Great vacation

This was the perfect place to stay in OCMD. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was in the perfect location. Mark and Deb were great to work with and provided great communication throughout the whole rental process. My family will not hesitate to rent from them again!

Great time

Very clean and the location is excellent for all you want to do. Located next to a beautiful park that is great for walks and some very great views. The beach is also a very close walk. My family and I would highly recommend you stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Great trip!

We had a really nice stay here. It was the perfect space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). The location was within walking distance to several locations. Mark was great to work with as well, very attentive and was quick to respond if I had any questions. We had a great trip and would love to come back again.

Such a great stay

Mark was such a great host! The rental was in great shape & super clean when we arrived. The bus stop is just right along the main road past the mini gold course & you only have to pay 4 dollars for the bus & can ride all day. Mark was super communicative & extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay in Northern Ocean City!

Perfect location and very clean!

We loved our stay. The location across from Northside park was perfect as we were there for a lacrosse tournament. The condo was very clean. Thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I take pride in our beach house which you will see as soon as you enter the unit. This is not your rental typical unit, we are hands on and want our guests to have a great stay and come back again. We stay on top of maintenance by replacing items before they break. We have great cleaning service that takes pride in their work. We also visit the unit every couple weeks during the rental season to do a heavy cleaning and perform any maintenance that needs taken care of.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My wife and I purchased this property because of it's location in North Ocean City which is less crowded then downtown. Our home is close to the park, beach and many local restaurants and businesses. We also picked a middle unit because of the spacious layout which provides more living space and privacy with the master bedroom separate from the other two bedrooms. We love Ocean City because of all the things to do and the great restaurants. We use the condo for our vacations (3 weeks every year) and we are never bored. We always run out of time before we run out of things to do!

We fell in love with this condo because of the layout which provides more living space then the outside units in the building and it's close proximity to North Side Park, the beach and many great restaurants and attractions.
