Fenced in rear yard and free parking for 2 cars. Linens and bath towels provided. 2 dogs allowed. Water sports & Fishing Charters are within walking distance too! Your Ocean & Boardwalk paradise awaits you!

The Space:
There is no laundry equipment in this property

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. The location was fantastic, the house was homey with plenty of space for us and our teens to spread out, and having a fenced backyard was perfect for the dogs!

Perfect size and location!

The location and size of this place could not be better!!! The house is slightly out dated but it adds to the charm and it’s very clean. There were just a few minor issues but management was easy to get ahold of and extremely fast to resolve the problem. Highly recommend! We’ll be staying here again.

Dog friendly

We picked this place for our dog. Good fenced in back yard. Place smelled old, but a lot of space in house and close to everything including boardwalk. Rental team was nice and responsive.

Easter Weekend

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone and having a front porch and a backyard a plus. We walked everywhere, went to Anglers three times.

Great location

Great location close to boardwalk and beach. The property was old but everything was clean and in working condition. I would have given 5 stars but some beds were uncomfortable.

Perfect Location

This is a classic beach cottage right in downtown OC - perfect for what we needed for our long weekend. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go. We will book again!

Great Place to Stay

Very nice place. Great location (located near the rides on the boardwalk) Free parking. You are able to walk to most things. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Note: the house does not provide beach towels, hairdryer and the backyard is fenced but will not contain very small dogs because the fence has gaps.

Great OC stay

House had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to questions. Great to have free parking and a porch and yard walking distance to everything. Love the pet friendly option, even though our dog passed away and was not able to join us. House had plenty of room for everyone to hang out.

Fantastic cottage in a great location!

House is ideally situated for easy access to the boardwalk and inlet. Good for families and great fenced in yard for our pup (very rare find). Very clean and well kept home. Main bedroom is a little tight, but workable!

Great location, great backyard for dog. parking for 2 cars was nice but little narrow for our truck. Window AC/s worked great. Had everything we needed, just a little dated. Could walk everywhere.

A great bungalow in the heart of Ocean City

It was a wonderful bungalow in the center of downtown OC, two blocks to the boardwalk and a block and half from the Bayside. There is plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the bungalow. There is a nice little dog beach just a short walk away. The bungalow was cute, and quiet especially for being so close to everything.

Cozy cottage

House has what you need but could use a little updating. Location was close to the action of boardwalk but also makes it loud at night. Darkening shades are needed in bedrooms. The master bed is small. The house is cozy and having a backyard for dogs was great. We would stay here again. Great location and parking were clutch

Overall great stay

Overall the place was great some minor things. The master bedroom bed was a little smaller than expected. And the bed location made it difficult for one of us to get into bed. The other bedroom would really benefit from darkening curtains. The street lights got a little annoying but nothing really major Overall we had a great experince and the place was very pleasant. We enjoyed game night with the provided board games

All Things Beachie!

This beach cottage is in the PERFECT location! We only drove 1 time to cross the bridge to see the horses at Assateague Island. Dinner is in any direction by a few minutes walk, an amazing breakfast right across the street, the beach & boardwalk literally a block away! You don't hear ANY noise from the amusement park or boardwalk, Dumsers has the BEST ice cream!! Communicating with the owners/staff is customer service at its best! The house was great size for 5 adults with space left over! This is an older cottage with a perfect beach vibe we were looking for. Fenced backyard for our gsd. Looking forward to next years family gathering!

Great location

Easily walkable to the very start of the boardwalk. Great for kids- quick walk with minimal whining when they were done or over tired. Playground on the boardwalk a few blocks up. Thrashers fries/Dumsers Icecream both as soon as you hit the boardwalk. Kid plates/utensils, every cooking appliance/utensil you could think of. Outdoor shower which was nice, and picnic table in the fenced yard. Parking for 2 cars (one in front of the other) along side of the house- nice to avoid parking fees, have to unload/take out kids before pulling in because it's tight if you have carseats.
