The property can accommodate 2 people, in 1 bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The Dawson apartment is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy a comfortable and a quiet stay with great connections to the city Centre.

The high-ceiling living space with the carpeted floor creates a great cosy atmosphere to sit back in the large sofa and watch a movie or enjoy your favourite TV show. In the living room there is also a desk for those who travel for business. The open-plan kitchen and the casual dining area feature all the electric appliances along with a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a washing machine and it is fully equipped with cooking utensils in case you want to prepare your own meal.

The bedroom is well sized with a comfortable king size bed, a large built in wardrobe and one more desk. The en-suite beige tiled bathroom features a fully sized bath tub with overhead shower, ideal to relax after a long day.

The Dawson Place is perfectly equally distanced between two underground stations, just a 7-minute walk to Notting Hill Gate and Bayswater, on Central, District and Circle Lines, which gives you a plethora of options to transport to central locations. Check-in and check-out: We will arrange the check-in at your convenience any time after 3PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age.

Passport check: When you arrive, we will check the lead guest’s passport.

Cleaning: We carefully prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, it will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels. Housekeeping services during the stay can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge..
