Recently renovated and stylishly furnished, this chic home offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm in one of London’s most iconic neighborhoods

The Space:
This stunning 3-floor home is the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The state-of-the-art kitchen features a Sub-Zero fridge/freezer, Wolf Gourmet range cooker, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a separate pantry—ready for any culinary adventure and flowing seamlessly into a fabulous open-plan dining space. The first floor boasts a spacious living and entertainment area, Need to work or unwind? The large study/office leads directly to a dreamy garden that will transport you straight to Italy. The top floor is all about luxury, with a grand master bedroom and en-suite, plus an additional bedroom, bathroom, and a charming single room. Pack your bags—this home is ready to welcome you!

Guest Access:
You have access to all rooms in the apartment across the 3 floors, including the garden which is private and not overlooked by anyone.
Everything at street level and up is yours to call home.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled between Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove- you can truly have access to the best London has to offer when staying here.
Notting hill is a neighbourhood that is synonymous with London. A vibrant, trendy area with casual cafes that line bohemian Portobello Road, famed for its busy market selling antiques and vintage fashion, local vegetables from farms and fresh produce like fish, bread, cheese and meat. Filmgoers relax in posh armchairs at the Electric Cinema.
High-end restaurants, brunch spots and upscale boutiques cluster around Westbourne Grove, located a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Located a 10-minute walk from Portobello road you are a close to the Notting Hill tube and Bayswater Underground Station (Central, Circle and District line) There is also a large supply of buses on the main roads around the area and we recommend UBER, Free Now or hailing a black cab in minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Requires you climb stairs in the home. If you have mobility issue or any problem carrying luggage up stairs we suggest you contact us for assistance or other property options .

Spring in London

This house was a perfect home base for an extended mixed work / vacation month in London. We have stayed in London many times, and this was our favorite. The location is perfect: a short walk to shops, neighborhood restaurants and Hyde Park, and the house is charming. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed the backyard on sunny days. We will be back!

Perfect Notting Hill Retreat

We were absolutely thrilled with this stunning Notting Hill home! The modern decor, chef-grade kitchen, and inviting dining area were just fantastic. The cozy office made working from home a true pleasure. The beautiful backyard was perfect for enjoying breakfast among the greenery and roses. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, especially the master with its luxurious bathroom. Megan was amazing throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for everything! We can’t wait to come back!!
