The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

The apartment itself is on the second floor, quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet private courtyard, ensuring peace and tranquillity despite the vibrant location.

It offers 50 square metres of contemporary living space and comprises of two double bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and entrance hall.

Other amenities include, lift, superfast fibre WIFI access, an impressive 50" Smart TV where to connect to your favourite online entertainment platforms, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc. fire alarm, live in porter, entry phone and CCTV for added security.

Our apartment is located on the vibrant Queensway neighbourhood, only metres away from two underground stations, Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and District-Circle Lines of the London Underground system, as well as many bus lines granting access to Piccadilly Circus in under 20 minutes.

With an abundance of amenities literally on the doorstep your will be spoiled for choice.

Restaurants of over 30 nationalities offering the best international cuisine, trendy shops, gyms with daily and weekly membership, chemist, three groceries on our very street ( open until 23:00 even on Sunday ) and to top it all, worldwide known and beautiful Hyde Park is only at the end of the street!

Renowned sights such as the "Victoria and Albert Museum" or the "Natural History Museum", as well as the "Royal Albert Hall" can be reached after a short and pleasant stroll/walk through the relaxing settings of Hyde Park, literally down the street.

World famous Portobello Market, the Japanese Gardens in Holland Park, trendy Notting Hill and the abundance of high end boutiques and restaurants of fashionable Westbourne Grove are all within walking distance.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by buses 94 and 148 will grant you access to Piccadilly Circus or Victoria Station in under 20 minutes day and night.

Contemporary Hyde Park III

Very well maintained flat, Clean with well stocked kitchen. Rafael was an excellent communicator. Nice location for catching the Underground or accessing Hyde Park. Neighborhood was as expected being located so close to two Tube stations.

Can't beat the location

Located a super short distance between two tube lines, this location can't be beat. Add to that the gorgeous Hyde Park just down the street. Spacious apartment for chilling out after busy days.

Wonderful location!

Loved our stay in London and this place and Rafael’s kindness and communication was a major reason! The apartment is perfect for 2 people and super cute and clean. Location to the tube was excellent and being so close to Hyde park was so cool! Don’t hesitate to book! Honestly one of my favorite rentals!

Perfect setting

Excellent Flat in London

This flat is contemporary and beautifully maintained. It is excellently located by two metro stops, Queensway and Bayswater. The street is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and much more. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had all the conveinences of home. We would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect location for London stay

Great 1 bedroom apartment perfectly located less than 3 minutes walk from both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. Lots of dining and supermarket options close by and Hyde Park close by too. Great compact kitchen with washing machine made things really practical. Good speed wi-fi was very welcomed. Rafael was great with communications and very flexible. Loved it.

Great location, responsive owner

The apartment is in a great location - near many of the main sites and within a one or two block walk of 2 underground stations that will get you anywhere in the city. The owner was always very quick to respond and communicated well throughout the process. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking. There were many shops, grocery stores and restaurants right outside the apartment.

Perfect location and gracious host!

Rafael was a gracious host, and he was always prompt in addressing any needs or in answering any questions. The flat was clean and had everything my husband and I could want. Great restaurants, grocery stores, and the tube were all right there. Rafael made sure that we had everything we needed for a smooth arrival. I plan to return to London one day and would definitely stay here again.

Good apartment in good location.

This is a spacious one BR apartment close to the centre of London. It is very close to 2 Underground stations for the Central, District and Corcle lines. This made it very convenient to get around London. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets very close for all our needs. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The description of the property is accurate. Would recommend it to others.

Secure, beautiful flat, great location

This flat was just as pictured. Comfortable and clean with the modern amenities we needed. The owner responds very timely to questions and issues. I can tell he wants us to enjoy our vacation and gave us lots of helpful information. The proximity to the underground subway and busses can’t be beat. So it was easy to get wherever we needed. There is also plenty to explore within walking distance, like Hyde Park and Kensington Palace/Gardens and neighborhoods. This flat is very easy to recommend.

Impeccable property and impeccably managed.

A very fine apartment in an excellent location only yards away from beautiful Hyde Park. We were overwhelmed by the ( seriously ) abundance of amenities on the doorstep. Rafael's with his helpful tips and fantastic suggestions on fancy restaurants and sightseeing, for which we are most grateful helped this holiday to go by faster than any other holiday we remember ( not so grateful for this :-) Would come back for more anytime! Clean and neat, excellent location, needs some revision in the description of the property.

We enjoyed the location. Some items listed in the description were not in the unit. Some amenities not available. Be sure to specify the arrival time exactly as you might be standing in the cold rain or sitting in Starbucks waiting to be let in. The shower is a challenge. When staying longer than 7 days it were be good to be offered a cleaning service.
