Seashells - Seaside Cottage 100m From Beach

Seashells is a cosy cottage, nestled in the heart of Weymouth, just meters from Weymouth beach in one direction, and Weymouth harbour in the other! Set over two floors, with an open plan living and dining room on the ground floor and adjoining kitchen. Up to the first floor are two bedrooms; one double and one twin, and the family bathroom. Pets welcome!

The cottage itself is welcoming and homely, the entrance leads straight into the living room, complete with Smart TV and comfortable sofa seating. The open plan living room incorporates the dining area also, with a dining table and bench seating. A compact, but well equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area complete with; dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, freezer and much more to help you enjoy your stay!

Up to the first floor, are two bedrooms; one double and one twin along with the family bathroom with corner bath and shower overhead.

There is a small courtyard area at the rear of the house, for storage of beach essentials throughout the summer and just enough space for some fresh air through the patio door.

Please note, that due to the central location of this property, a certain level of noise is to be expected.

Please ensure you take these directions with you for arrival.

Follow signs for Weymouth town centre, you'll reach Weymouth esplanade. Continue along the Esplanade, with the beach running parallel on your left hand side until you reach 'Alexandra Gardens' amusement arcade on your right. Take the road right around here, and continue straight on into 'Belle Vue' past 'Clarence Buildings' on your right. The cottage is here on your right hand side.
