The farmhouse is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, close to Cortona and Arezzo and their fantastic Christmas markets. The Casale is used as an agritourism residence and can accommodate up to 16 people in 6 large bedrooms with private bathroom. The exterior includes a large, well-kept garden equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and shaded by secular oaks, olive trees and other tall trees. At the edge of the large garden of about 5,000 m2, there is a beautiful, completely fenced swimming pool where guests can spend pleasant days under the sun and admire the enchanting landscape of the Valdichiana (swimming pool open from May to September)

The furnishing of the house, all with period furniture, is very comfortable and is the ideal accommodation for those who love being in complete tranquility and want to forget the noise and frenzy of modern life. From the house and from the front garden you can admire a wide and harmonious landscape of the Val di Chiana, enclosed on the horizon by the hills and mountains of the Apennine ridge.
