Spacious duplex w/ terrace by Picasso Museum

Our duplex in the historic center faces the Picasso museum and will give you easy access to Malaga's main attractions. A wide variety of bars, shops, museums, restaurants, and city center beaches are all within walking distance.

You will have a fully equipped holiday rental for up to 6 people and a private terrace upstairs to enjoy Malaga's sun!

This loft-style duplex is located on the second and top floor of a building with a lift. The flat has air conditioning and heating. Please note that we don't have fast wifi at the moment.

As you enter the apartment, on the right-hand side you will find a bedroom with a double bed (150cm) and an en suite bathroom. Note that this in an open bathroom without a door!

On the left-hand side from the entrance there is a kitchen and a dining table followed by the living room area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and windows facing the Picasso Museum. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, pots, pans, crockery.

There is a spiral staircase leading to the upper level with a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The terrace does not offer views but is comfortable and private enough to fit 6 people.

Please note that the staircase might not safe for children and the bedroom upstairs is not separated from the living room with a door.

You will have the entire apartment and a terrace at your disposal. Make yourself at home.

The location of the apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:

- Picasso Museum is just in front of the apartment.
- 2 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- 2 minute on foot from Plaza de la Merced.
- 4 minutes on foot from La Alcazaba castle.
- 12 minutes one foot from La Malagueta beach.

A great variety of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment.

The city center of Málaga offers a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.

The nearest taxi and bus stops (with more than 13 different bus lines) are just a few minutes away at Plaza de la Marina. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.

There are several parking lots nearby. The closest public ones, Parking Granados and Parking Tejón, are 2 and 4 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you wish to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment.

- Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 00:00. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to pick up the keys.

- Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.

- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
