❂ HOW TO FIND THE APARTMENT:
Access to the building is via large set of doors, off Princes Place on the ground-level. Access to the apartment is via the stairs up to the 2nd floor.
Guests have exclusive access to the property during their stay.

❂ HOW TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT:
Upon arrival in Brighton, guests can collect the door key from a local shop within a 5-minute walk of the property. The shop location, and the access code will be provided the day before check-in. Guests will be asked to return the key to the same shop when checking out.

❂ GUEST ASSISTANCE WHILE STAYING WITH US:
Please note that our local property management team are available until 5 pm each day, while our remote reservations team are available on the phone until 10 pm.
We request that any non-urgent/non-emergency requests are communicated to us before 5 pm. Any requests received after 5pm will be actioned the following day.
