PopHaus Central Brighton - Glam Pad by the Station

Just a 2 min walk from Brighton station, on the edge of the famous Lanes Conservation Area. Set in the heart of trendy Brighton, the townhouse is great for a mini break, business travel, family stay or longer holiday.
Enjoy an open plan living / kitchen layout, with private use of a small courtyard. Enjoy high speed internet, high quality bed linen and fresh towels.
The beach is a 10 mins stroll away. An array of indi shops, cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants are moments away from your front door. This 18th century townhouse is newly renovated to a stylish, modern standard equipped with complementary WIFI.
As you enter the front door you access a hall area that leads you through to the open plan living / dinning / kitchen area. Here you will find comfortable furniture, including a compact L shaped double sofa bed, smart TV and a modern dining area that seats up to 6.
The open plan kitchen provides you with essential cooking utensils, cordless kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a 4 slice toaster. There is also a microwave, electric oven with four gas ring hob and a fully integrated fridge (with freezer compartment) and dishwasher.
The back door leads to a small decked patio area with table, two chairs and a quant outdoor garden mirror, where you can enjoy an alfresco style supper or your morning coffee. Even just having the back door ajar allowing a breeze to run through the open plan living area on a hot summers day is a lovely touch when relaxing in the cottage.
The modern, newly refurbished bathroom has a shower over the bath with a shower screen. The bathroom window opens out onto the private decked patio area. Lovely, fresh towels, vegan friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soak and hand soap (not tested on animals) are provided for you from one of our local eco refill stations. The brand we tend to use is Faith in Nature's Lavender and Geranium range.
Upstairs leads you to two good sized double bedrooms that are East and West facing with double glazed sash windows. There are 14 steps between the ground floor and first floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds that are fitted with high quality Egyptian cotton quilts and Silent Night Ultra bounce pillows.
There are some clothes storage in both rooms to store your belongings. The entire townhouse is yours for the duration of your booking. This includes access to two bedrooms, bathroom, small courtyard and open plan kitchen, living, dining space.
The Townhouse is set in the bustling North Lanes conservation area where you will find a wealth of independent shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs. It’s home to some of the best entrainment in the UK with centres like the Dome theatre right on your door step, along with plenty of chain stores in Churchill Square and Brighton beech and Pier about a 10 minute walk away.
Access to the cottage could not be easier, as Brighton mainline train station is just a 2 minute walk, making arriving by public transport an incredibly easy and hassle free start to your holiday. The cottage is centrally located in Brighton: - 400m from Komedia - 500m from Victoria Gardens - 600m from Brighton Dome - 700m from Churchill Square Shopping Centre - 700m from The Royal Pavilion - Gatwick Airport is 37 km from the townhouse.

Great stay in Brighton

Close proximity to the train station and North Laines. The seagulls, traffic and pub sounds can be rather loud throughout the night. Host was excellent with communication.

Perfectly situated

Perfect Location

Two blocks from the train station. Easy walk to the seafront, The Lanes, and pubs and eateries. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. I would recommend to friends and family and if I come back to Brighton I would stay here again. All good.

Lovely cottage in great location

We loved the location of the cottage in the North Laines which has modern decor and everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Brighton. Jessica was an excellent host ensuring all questions were answered within minutes. Easy public parking nearby.

Wonderful time

The cottage is cozy, lovely and well-equipped. We had a great time staying there. Location is central yet not too noisy. Jessica is a wonderful and very helpful host. From booking to check-out, she was able to provide great help for planning our trip! Highly recommend! Will be back :)

You have to stay here!!!

Where do I start. Jessica was one of the best hosts we have ever had through VRBO. From the start Jessica was so helpfull, giving us an extensive list of places to visit with our 10 year old son. Check in and check out process was a breeze and Jessica was always on hand if you needed anything. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well furnished, making our stay comfortable and warming. Loved the open plan living area with kitchen. There were 2 large bedrooms upstairs, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was spot on, with coffee shops a stone throw away, leading onto the start of the lanes. Would definatley recommend this cottage to anyone wishing to explore Brighton. Thankyou Jessica. PS We will be back!!

Weekend getaway

Jessica was a great host and communicated with us before and during our trip, doing everything she could to make our visit as enjoyable and pleasant as possible. The cottage was lovely, clean and modern. It was the perfect size for 5 of us and in a great location near the train station and walking distance to the lanes and Brighton pier. We were also able to keep our car in one of her secure parking bays as we didn't really need it for the rest of our trip. Check-in was contactless and effortless as Jessica greeted us through the intercom at the property. I would definitely stay at this cottage again and recommend it to any friends and family travelling to Brighton. Thank you Jessica!

I also love to travel with my two young children, we usually end up in Asia with our backpacks having epic adventures and making memories. I have a great interest in photography, interior design, weight training, music and volunteering at different animal sanctuaries.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is such a unique property for central Brighton's North Lanes. I love it because you have all the benefits of being in a stylish, modern house, yet you're still in the heart of the city. All of the central Brighton attractions are right on your doorstep, just minutes away. What is even more unique about the cottage is that you can access it by car (whereas many of the residential roads in the Lanes are only accessible on foot).

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The cottage is a 2 min walk from the main train station, so accessing it to start and finish your holiday is completely hassle free. You can also usually unload outside the cottage (subject to council rules and regs) before parking up for the weekend. I rent a parking bay in an underground car park located 5 mins walk away, accessed only with a swipe card. If you would like to book to use my parking bay pleas drop me a line to check availability.

The cottage benefits from a full security system including CCTV covering the front and back doors / window of the property. All will be switched on during your stay.
