As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart tv and internet access.


This villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a queen bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a queen bed.
The third bedroom contains a queen bed.


There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet, double sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet, double sink and a walk-in shower.
The pool side washroom has a toilet and a sink.
There is also an outdoor shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Please note electricity and water are charged separate. Electricity 0,47 euros, per kwh and Water 8,00 euros per m3. Meter will be read at check in and check out and deducted from security deposit of 500 ANG to be paid at the time of check in.

A rental car is needed and there are many options you can pick up right at the airport!

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises with automated gate for your security.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- The pool is maintained weekly by a pool service company that attend the property.
