This beautiful Patio villa is a design by Jan des Bouvrie and is located in phase 7 of Coral Estate. Due to its location on the small ridge with both a front and back garden the villa lies well in the wind and is pleasantly cool, making it perfectly suited for spending your holiday.

The entrance provides access to the hall with the spacious living room behind it. The living room has high ceilings and two double doors and a sliding door to the large semi-covered porch from where you have a view of the sea. Due to the spacious terrace and the living room, the house offers plenty of living space.

At the rear of the house is the modern semi-open kitchen which is comfortably equipped with appliances. The location of the kitchen is wonderfully central between the living room on the one hand and the garden where people live a lot on the other. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house and has double doors to the veranda. The modern en-suite bathroom is fully equipped with sink, shower and toilet.

The other two bedrooms are located at the rear of the house and both have their own bathroom. Both bedrooms have double doors to the spacious garden with a beautiful swimming pool and majestic views over the green area to the back of the resort. The guest toilet is located in the hall.

The beautiful living garden behind the house is very well on the wind. Here it is really good to stay on the warm afternoons of Curaçao. There is a large swimming pool surrounded by plenty of space to enjoy the sun. There is also more than enough space for children to play. A large palapa has been built to escape from the sun. Due to the spacious layout of the backyard, there are several places where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Here is also the spacious detached storage room. Both the front and back garden are very maintenance-friendly.

The villa is located at Coral Estate Beach Resort with 3 restaurants, a bakery, spa wellness, dive school and beach. All accessible for guest of Villa Coral Beach.

Environmental awareness:
“Consumption of water and electricity are included on the basis of normal consumption, the air conditioning is the major consumer in the villa, by normal consumption we mean about 10 hours per night, before you check in the meter readings are noted and do so when checking out . We calculate consumption and let you know if it is above average. This as a bit of awareness towards the tenants.”

Route from the airport:
1. Your Starting Point is Hato International Airport.
2. Turn right when leaving the parking lot.
3. Follow this road around the bend until you reach a roundabout.
4. At the roundabout, turn right onto Weg naar Westpunt.
5. Follow this road for approximately eight (8) kilometers.
6. On the right side of the road you will see a green ANWB sign, follow the
directions, turn left onto the Weg naar St. Willibrordus.
7. Follow this winding road towards the large church of St. Willibrordus.
8. Follow the sign 'Coral Estate' and turn left after the church.
9. Follow this road until you see a sign for 'Coral Estate' on the left and turn
turn left.
10. Follow this road and take the first left into the Coral Estate park.
