For ideal temperature control, both living room and bedroom have its own air-condition unit.

Living room has large LED TV with cable programs and one cozy sofa bed, sleeping up to two people.

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed.

Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer and coffee machine, ready to make any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has shower and hair dryer.

This is a smoke-free apartment.

Pets are also not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, and don't make noise to neighbours.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 11 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment.

Balcony is shared with guests of our second room.

As apartment is located in the center of Split the parking place is not provided, but you can find free parking at Zvoncac, 10-15 min walking from the apartment, or paid parking 1 min from the apartment.


**** Interaction with guests:

If you need anything I'm here to help.

Otherwise you'll have your peace in the apartment.

I respond to all questions as soon as possible.

**** Getting around:

Bus station is within one minute walking.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 5 minutes walking.

Apartment is located exactly on the Split seafront, right near the famous Diocletian's palace which is the best preserved Roman palace in the world.

Windows are new with sound isolation, so you won't be disturbed with outside noise.

Apartment is located within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green and fish market, shops, tourist bureau... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 10 minutes walking from the apartment.
