Set just back from the sea front, this airy, light and modern cottage has wonderful sea views and is perfect for a fantastic holiday in the beautiful town of Southwold with its long sandy beach, buzzing atmosphere and plethora of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes all within easy walking distance. The house is situated in a quiet residential street a 2 minute walk from Southwold Pier and the beach, and only a very short walk from the town centre. It is warm and comfy, with a well equipped kitchen for preparing and cooking meals, with a double oven, 5 burner gas hob, slow cooker, bread machine, coffee machine and microwave and lots of recipe books There is good Broadband, a Sonos speaker, smart TV and plenty of USB points all around the house.

Upstairs all the beds have memory foam mattresses, new microfibre pillows and duck feather duvets, and the two front bedrooms have a fabulous sea view. There is plenty of drawer and hanging space. The high ceilinged bathroom had a hand shower over the bath, WC, wash basin, natural light streaming in through a frosted window. Towels are provided.

There's a parking space at the back of the cottage, accessed from Field Stile Road, and additional unrestricted roadside parking close to the cottage. There's an EV charger on the drive which is free to use and is a Type 2 (22kw).
