Charming 3 bedroom cottage in heart of Southwold

Hope Cottage is the perfect base for a fantastic seaside holiday. Situated in the heart of Southwold, just a few minutes walk from the seafront and bustling High Street, this cottage is a great choice for families and friends.

The cottage sleeps 6 and is full of home comforts to ensure a relaxing and reviving self catering break. There are 3 bright bedrooms, two bathrooms and large separate dining room ideal for cosy winter dinners. In the summer the secluded courtyard garden is perfect for an evening drink or meal after a long day at the beach.

Hope Cottage is situated opposite Southwold Church and Bartholomew Green, a few minutes stroll from the shops, pubs and beach.

You enter the Cottage into the hallway with the lounge to your left overlooking the Green. Relax, read, watch TV or just chat in this cosy comfortable space. Further down the hallway is the dining room with ample room for six people and leads out onto a small sunny courtyard with seating for outside dining.

The fully equipped kitchen is to the rear of the property and looks out onto the courtyard. From here there is a small utility area at the back for muddy boots after walks and the downstairs bathroom.

Upstairs the master bedroom is to the front of the property with a kingsize bed. The second bedroom (also kingsize) leads onto the upstairs bathroom and a third bedroom with a bunkbed.

Gas central heating, linen and towels included.

3 night short breaks available. 1 week minimum booking during school holidays (starting on Friday).

Short stay parking is available opposite the house and long stay parking available in the town.
