A representative of the management company, Military Breaks Plus, will be available at all times by phone during your stay. Additionally they will offer in-person support/maintenance when needed and they have a onsite office open during weekday mornings in Al Kasar, the main commercial centre of the resort.
Al Kasar town centre is just a ten minute walk along a palm tree lined avenue, where you will find a large well stocked supermarket, a good range of bars and restaurants, a gym, furniture shop, hairdresser, dentist, property management, estate agents and cash machines.
Sports facilities are close by, between Jardine 5 and 7, at the Condado club, with its own bar and restaurant, paddle and tennis courts and football area.
On the other side of the complex, between Narjanos 6 and 7, is the entrance to the Jack Nicklaus designed Alhama Signature Par 72, 6884m golf course with practice facilities, driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
The apartment offers an ideal base for exploring the Mazarron area and is about 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Bolneuvo, Percheles, La Azohia, and the coastal town of Puerto de Mazarron with marina, beaches, bars and restaurants.
The mountains of the Sierra Espuna nature reserve are a short drive away with hiking trails, quad biking, kayaking, mountaineering and numerous cycle paths. The bright lights of Murcia city are about forty minutes away, as is the historic walled city of Cartagena, with its natural harbour defended by fortresses and a remarkable Roman theatre. notable teatro romano.
Condado de Alhama is a very secure and gated community with 24 hour security. The complex is patrolled by security guards and there is CCTV in the main communal areas. For access please have your booking confirmation and ID card ready when you arrive at the entrance to the resort.
Guests will have full private access to the apartment and instructions for key collection and apartment location will be sent prior to arrival by Whats App and email.
This modern fully furnished three bedroom ground floor apartment is conveniently located within the golf resort of Condado de Alhama, in its own landscaped gardens with a large communal swimming pool and so is perfect for small families and couples. There is an excellent fully fitted kitchen, a lounge with cable TV including 100Mb wifi, dining areas can be both inside and outside on the private patio with comfortable patio furniture for seating and a gas barbecue. At night the gardens and pool are beautifully lit to become the main focal point. The accommodation includes a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangar storage. Bed linen and towels are provided. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath and patio doors from the master bedroom lead to a rear courtyard.
There is no smoking in the apartment and pets are not allowed.
