The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, two fridges with freezer compartments, washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), a twin, and a single with en-suite, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn, a rear decked area with furniture, and a private driveway for two cars. EV charging point available. Sorry no smoking. WiFi, electric power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles and the beach in 0.6 miles. Shorelands is a wonderful base for enjoying Cornwallâs shoreline. Note: Whilst the property is single-storey, there are steps up, leading to the bedrooms. Note: The washing machine is nestled under the breakfast bar. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 9:30am.
