L'endroit idéal pour les familles pour se détendre + jouer. C'est incroyable d'avoir autant d'espace extérieur pour se détendre.

Fantastic Accommodation, Brilliant Location

We had a brilliant stay, accommodation was clean and well equipped. All facilities you need. Owner was very professional. Lots to do and see, water sports, lovely beaches.

Fantastic location & property

We had such a great holiday. Location was brilliant with fabulous views over Fistral Bay. Pool was great, so big and were used it multiple times a day. Property had everything we needed. Thank you for a great holiday.

Amazing Views

Just what I needed. Great find in Newquay. Great communication with property owners from the minute I booked. Stunning views from the back of property over the sea and the front Fisteral beach. All amenities we needed were within the property. Was sent a quick check list as to products ie washing up liquid to prompt me to bring these. We had an issue with hot water which was dealt with immediately, great service. Property was a good size, a double bedroom and a twin, we didn’t use the pool due to going to the beach, but looked a good size and kept clean and tidy. 15 minute walk to the beach, be aware it’s a steep slope and the access from the front of property a little over grown, but if you follow the road round instead of pulling into parking area you get onto the coast path. No issues with parking which is always a plus. Only downside is there isn’t a local shop so had to remember milk etc when out and about. Nice bench to sit outside and have a coffee on in the morning. Would deffo recommend to both families and couples who want to have a chilled holiday. Thank you to the hosts. Would recommend a visit to central bar and have steak on the stone, you cook it yourself and was great food

Like you say there is stunning sea and beach views here .... and a great feeling of being close to the sea ! ........ Like you say you can walk down to the beach but there is an incline and it does get a little overgrown as you walk down to the beach there ........ There is so much outdoor space here and gardens and patio area with a great heavy resin picnin bench ...... there is local supermarkets close by, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Asda etc ... but not a little shop on the site like you said ........ i hope you will come and stay again soon John THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR AMAZING REVIEW x jane

Great location!

Fantastic location and this property provided everything that we needed. It could have been a bit cleaner and the beds more comfortable but otherwise, despite no frills it was a good base for our holiday.

FANTASTIC MODERN PROPERTY IN THE IDEAL LOCATION .... with the best sea and beach views in the area ..... it is so relaxing with so much outdoor space and gardens and swimming pool ...... to relax and enjoy time together ...... just a few minutes walk ti FISTRAL BEACH, and the multi million pound surf centre - with great restaurants, bars, surf school, showers etc .... shops, right on the beach! ... Rick Stein has recently opened his restaurant here !

IDEAL CENTRAL LOCATION --- so ideal to get out and about exploring Cornwall and everything it has to offer.
There are so many apartments in Newquay -- with no outdoor space to relax --- we really do think that makes all the difference to happy holidays for everyone xxx

This is a lovely modern property, well equipped with everything you could possible need --- well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven + hob, microwave, plentiful supply of utensils etc ..

We have tried to think of everything here for our guests ... fully modernised house with laminate flooring, modern kitchen + bathroom, large lounge area with huge flat screen tv with freeview, patio doors lead to the huge communal garden area and swimming pool

This really is the ideal location to enjoy your holiday in Cornwall ...... Pentire is the very best area in Newquay ..... Lewinnick Lodge Restaurant is just further down the road ...... with amazing food and stunning sea views, highly recommended!
With so many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby -- please let us know your recommendations !
We are sure that you will love this location just as much as we do ....... it is just perfect for families and couples.
Just a few minutes walk to Fistral beach, the big surfing beach in Cornwall ------ also Crantock beach is accessible from here, just a short walk accross the road - behind the Fern Pitt Cafe .....
