New two-story contemporary villa on the hill in the center of Sutivan, completed in September 2022, offers a breathtaking view of Sutivan, the Brač Channel, and the mainland.
An easily accessible swimming pool and two spacious terraces are ideal for sunbathing during the day, and in the evening a great place for the outdoor dining and relaxation.
Villa is far away from the daily bustle, but close to everything. 5 minutes' walk to the nearest beach, grocery shops, ATM, restaurant and other amenities.
Please note that villa is fully equipped,but to better show the space and a view, on some photos, some furniture is not shown.
The upper floor consists of a kitchen and dining room on one side, and a Sitting room with a sofa and TV on the other. In between are the marble stairs that connect two floors and access to 4 bedrooms on the lower floor. Entire upper floor is airconditioned. On the lower floor, each bedroom has own air-conditioning unit. Forth bedroom is with a stand-up fan.
There are two spacious patios/terraces on the upper floor, and a 25m2 swimming pool with freshwater shower.
Both patios are equally attractive.
The patio in front of the kitchen offers magnificent view, and is a perfect place for outdoor dining, evening entertainment and relaxation. Terrace and a pool on the other side, are perfect for sunbathing, swimming/refreshing in the pool, for the barbeque and the outdoor dining.
In the hallway, on the upper level, there is a 2-piece washroom with a toilet and a wash basin.

On the lower floors there are 4 bedrooms.
Although, villa can accommodate maximum of 8 people, it is ideal for 6 people!
It would be perfect for one large family, or two smaller families with 2 to 4 children.
Master bedroom has a Super King size bed, spacious walk-in bathroom [an-suite], and wall to wall wardrobe.
Second bedroom is with a King size bed, and have an exit to a front patio, and unobstructed view. Third bedroom is also with a King size bed, plus an extra single bed. Third bedroom also has an exit to its own front terrace and unobstructed view. The fourth bedroom is with a single bed and also with an exit to a front patio and beautiful view.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes, and they are all air-conditioned.
A fourth bedroom, the one with a single bed, has a mirror, dresser, and an upright fan. No A/C. Being on the lower level, temperature inside is always 3-5 degrees cooler from the room temperatures on the upper level, so the upright fan is more than sufficient for the comfortable sleeping.
Washing machine is located in the separate room on the ground floor.
On the ground floor in front of the villa there is also a small garden with an orange tree and a young olive tree.
Villa entrance is gated and provides direct access from the road to a Villa's courtyard, which can accommodate one car. Other free available parking is less than a minute walk from the villa.

Other things to note:

CHECK IN is at 2PM or later and CHECK OUT is at 10AM or earlier.

WHILE USING POOL, CHILDREN SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT!

Please note that all visitors staying in Croatia have to be registered and pay
Tourist Tax Fee.
For the 13 and older, fee is 1 Euro per person per night.
For children under 13 there is no charge.

On arrival we require Damage Deposit of 200 Euros.
Damage deposit is fully refundable on departure day providing no damage is done to the villa or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.

Registration, Damage Deposit, Tourist Tax Fee are all due on arrival.
