Cozy and spacious double room, located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator, in the Zisa district of Palermo.

This bright room is located in the attic of the building, enlightened by natural light thanks to the velux windows on the ceiling with exposed beams. Cared in detail and enriched by a wooden floor, it comes with a queen-size bed, a desk, an open wardrobe and a TV.
On the same floor of the room guests will find the shared bathroom, embellished with marble tiles and a big bathtub.
Amenities such as free wifi, safe, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.
Guests will have access to the common area such as the terrace, furnished with tables and umbrellas, and a shared space with a coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave.
