A stunning and spacious 2 bed apartment close to the sea and village centre

Having lived and worked in Greece in the past I consider myself to be a bit of a Grecophile!
I worked in overseas tour operations for many years so know what it takes to create a fabulous holiday experience.
My husband, Andrew, and I fell in love with No9 when we first viewed it several years ago and now, as its proud owners, we try to visit No9 as often as possible. We like to keep it in tip top condition and continually improve what we offer.

The apartment is situated on a small complex (around 30 properties) with a large, cascading communal swimming pool as its central focal point. The complex is immaculately maintained thanks to our professional management company.
Located 150 metres from the sea, the apartment benefits from some sea and mountain views. There are several sandy beaches from a 5 to 15 minute walk away. It's just a 10 minute stroll into the centre of Panormos with a lovely selection of tavernas, cafes, bars and shops but there a couple of eating places a little closer to home. There is also a small spa on the cobbled street in the village offering excellent massages and treatments such as manicures and pedicures.
The nearest mini-market is 2 minutes from the apartment and there are some larger ones in the village.
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is on the doorstep but for those of you who like to venture a little further you will find the beautiful Venetian harbour city of Rethymnon is a 20 minute drive away with its vast selection of restaurants, bars and shops, many of them located in the historic old town.
The backdrop of The White Mountains is a sight to behold and there are plenty of mountain villages to discover by car.

Easy access to the pool is what sold this ground floor apartment to us... it is literally a few steps away so no need to lock up the apartment when you go for a dip! Keep your eye on the children in the pool from the shady terrace and pop in and out to grab a drink or a snack at your leisure .
Watch the sunset from the terrace with a cold drink in hand before strolling to one of the friendly local tavernas. Then have a nightcap or two and people-watch in one of the cafe bars overlooking the seafront or on the cobbled streets in the village.
Panormos will appeal to those who appreciate friendly and authentic Cretan hospitality with a contemporary twist. It's a stylish little fishing village with a relaxed feel by day and night.
Travel light and make use of the apartment's washing machine. We also provide separate pool/beach towels to save you space in your luggage.
For those who prefer to visit outside of the summer tourist season, No9 is cosy and warm with underfloor heating and the island of Crete offers endless possibilities for exploring - cities (Rethymnon, Heraklion and Chania), mountains and villages.
