Pebbles is a charming dog friendly, ground floor appartment in a Victorian town house, within walking distance to beaches, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
(Please note a £20 fee is payable per dog per stay)

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a free view wide screen television and internet access.

Pebbles is all yours for the duration of your stay, There is a key safe, for access. Plenty of tourists information inside. A local housekeeper available for emergencies.


This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
The first bedroom has two single beds, ample storage. Adjoining by a door to The master bedroom with double bed and wardrobes.

The lounge has: comfortable seating for 4, large screen freeview TV, free WIFI, dining room table, log burner effect fire and a selection of books and games.


There is outdoor seating on a small patio area at the front of the property.

Combe Martin has two beaches ( one dog friendly all year) shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and fish and chip shops. All within a few minutes walk of Pebbles.

Pebbles has a key safe and is all yours for your stay. It is in a quiet part of the town, yet close enough to walk to all amenities. There is a regular bus service to near by towns Illfracombe, Barnstaple and Lynton & Lynmouth.

A short car journey can get you to major award winning beach resorts such as Woolacombe, Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay.

A lovely little holiday home within easy reach of Exmoor National Park, The South West Coast Path, Cliff walks and more.

Several family attractions are close by including Two Zoos, Watermouth castle, National Trust properties, golf, pony treking, water sports, fishing and boat trips.

Combe Martin beach offers Paddle Boarding and kayaking lessons.
When the tide is out there are some fantastic rock pools for budding little explorers and big explorers too.



There is a small W/C with sink and a separate small shower room. within Pebbles.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Unfortunately due to steep steps at the rear, (which take you to your parking space)Pebbles is unsuitable for infirm or disabled guests.



House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside Pebbles.
- There is free parking for 1 car behind the premises.
-Well behaved Pets are allowed and there is a small courtyard at the rear of the property ideal for your dog(s).
-However dogs are forbidden from furniture and bedrooms. Extra cleaning will be charged for.
-Respect neighbours and No Parties.
