As part of a centuries old working farm that has evolved into an equestrian stud, the barn has been converted in lovely rustic farm cottage with a light and airy feel thanks to high ceilings throughout. With flexible accommodation for couples and families, Stable Cottage is a great base to explore this particularly charming part of Suffolk, or to just relax and splash around in a large swimming pool.
Stable Cottage can be rented with the neighbouring Old Barn to provide accommodation for fourteen guests.

Kitchen and Dining Room – through the front door into a generous living space with large Scandinavian style sofa and two armchairs that lead through to a well equipped kitchen with range style cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer dryer and farmhouse table with seating for six.
Shower Room – walk-in shower, hand basin and lavatory.
Sitting Room – wood burner, 40” TV, two comfortable sofas and an armchair looking out onto a private lawned garden.
Family Bathroom – a freestanding iron bath on feet with hand held shower, wash basin and lavatory.
Farrier Bedroom –three foot single bed, bedsides table and cloths hanging rail.
Grooms Bedroom – three foot single bed with bedside table, chair and cloths hanging rail.
Saddle Bedroom – King-sized wooden bed, bedside tables and cloths hanging rail.
Bridle Bedroom – King-sized wooden bed, bedside tables and large wardrobe.
Outside
Off the sitting room is an enclosed private garden and out of the front there are views across the stud to a lake, fields and the Brett Valley beyond which guests are welcome to explore. Off the central hallway is a large heated swimming pool shared with The Old Barn and in use from the beginning of May to Mid-September.
