Parking:

This apartment is outside of Bristol's permit parking scheme so all residential streets in the area have fully unrestricted free parking. There is always ample street parking available just a 1 minute walk away on Sommerville Road and Brynland Avenue.

We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please ensure you adhere to the recycling policy by placing items in their designated containers in the outside bins. The Bristol city council will refuse to collect the rubbish if otherwise, and we may get fined.

There is no smoking at all in the property. Please only smoke in the designated smoking areas outside and discard your cigarettes in the smoking bins provided, there may be additional costs if there is smoking in the apartment.

Please ensure you shut the apartment building's door, even if you are only going out for a cigarette.

We do not allow any pets, events and parties in our apartment, there may be additional costs if the rules are broken.
