During the day you have a panoramic view of the island, Klein Bonaire, and the dazzling blue sea. In the evening you can sip a cocktail on the covered terrace and jump into your private magnesium pool which, unlike a chlorine pool, is easy on the eyes and skin. With lush landscaping, you will enjoy privacy and serenity.

The villa’s location and amenities make it perfect for divers. The house has a rinse tank and outdoor shower. Two of the most beloved dive sites, Andrea 1 and 2, are located a mere 4 minutes away by car. The spectacular dive site 1000 Steps is also nearby. This gorgeous villa is 8 minutes by car from the center of Kralendijk and its many wonderful restaurants and shops.

Villa Teodoro offers space for 8 adults plus two small children and several cars. There are 4 large bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom and air conditioner. Three bedrooms are on the pool level. The master bedroom on the pool level has a sofa which converts into a bed suitable for 2 young children. The bedroom with 2 twin beds can convert to a king bed via topper if requested. The upstairs master bedroom has its own private terrace, lounge chairs, and view of the pool and sea.

There is also a powder room on the pool level. For hot afternoons, the large family room and kitchen share 3 air conditioners. The villa has plenty of towels, bed linen and beach towels. Villa Teodoro comes with a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbecue should you choose to cook at home. For those who wish to stream a movie on the television, there is 40 MB of WiFi. There is also a DVD player with many popular DVD’s on hand. There is a pantry with a washing machine. The house also has a LaserJet printer, copier and scanner.
