The position:
The property is situated in a splendid and unique sea front location in a very private unspoiled environment:
-Panoramic sea view (shore is at 50 m from the property)
- 5 minutes drive to Fiscardo.
- there is also a short cut 500 m footpath to the village (not suitable at night )
- 3 beaches at less than 1 km:
A tiny charming wild beach at 130 meters ('footpath)
Emblisi Beach with the most crystal-clear waters in the area.
The Old Light Venetian Light house and his white flat rocks: 500 m

The privacy:
A completely private property (like a small fenced stone village: a ‘’BORGO’’ in Italian) embedded in a natural unspoiled Mediterranean landscape with stunning views of the neighboring island (Itaka, Lefkas, Meganissi, Scorpio…). You can even listen the music of the sea.

After entering the gate, you will firstly discover Casa di CLO, then Casa di GIO.

The 2 traditional Ionian-style stone houses are spaced sufficiently apart (total area of 5100 sq meters) and the architect perfectly took advantage of the sea front lengthy landscape, to ensure privacy and panoramic sea view for each villa.
Additional landscape work has been performed to improve the surrounding area for perfect privacy at each villa

A superb Mediterranean garden was created with 150 trees and flowers planted, keeping the old olives trees and their natural beauty and shadow.

The style:
The Italian owners, have used their exquisite taste for detail to magnificent effect in dreaming up this sophisticated and stylish property.
Most of the outdoor and indoor furnitures and floor, the pool and the bathrooms are made of highly polished cement, extremely refreshing in the summer.
Minimal colors white and beige are dominating. Splash of bright ethnic color (rugs, cushions…) create a very hip elegant style.This particular touch turns this property into a concept and not just a place to stay.

(accessible by external staircase from the pool terrace or from the parking
-1 very spacious bedroom with a kingsize bed and a sofa + small kitchen + bathroom in suite, french window leading to private terrace. The terrace has partial sea view
-1 large bedroom 2 single beds + sofa + bathroom in suite. No view.

Fabulous villa in beautiful location

The villa is spacious and comfortable and filled with quirky and interesting pieces of art. One of its main plus points is that there is a small cove nearby for swimming and another is that it is easy to walk into Fiskardo. It is worth noting the proximity of the villa next door.

Fabulous property

Severn of us stayed here for a week in sept. The house is in a fabulous location with wonderful views. On arrival my first impressions were that the outside space is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it was actually plenty big enough for us all. The house is tastefully furnished with good quality linens etc . The walk through the pines into Fisksfo is pleasant, although quite uneven in parts and takes approx 10 mins. To walk into Fiskado along the rd is only 15/20 mins. We used Vangelis cabs who were excellent, speak English and the fare only €5. The little beach 5 mins away was wonderful. Catherine the manager was super helpful in all respects - from the booking to leaving. Thanks Catherine. A fabulous house for a large party to enjoy the beautiful Fiskado

Casa di Gio Il Borgo Fiscardo

A hit, in every respect. The booking arrangements were finessed with great style by Catherine Marmet, and we arrived on time to find the villa spotlessly clean and cool. To general delight it was discovered that the wifi actually worked- which was secretly unanticipated- and this proved greatly conducive to family harmony. Walter the owner came over and introduced himself, and he and his wife are charming. Maid and handyman are discreet presences about the place, and both highly efficient. The villa is on the ‘right’ - ie: the less congested- side of Fiskardo, and one really can walk to the harbour in a few minutes. There is an extremely pretty (almost private) cove just down the hill. The view from the terrace is sublime. With Catherine’s help we arranged a trip to Ithaca through Private Yachting. An arm and a leg are required for this, but it is very highly recommended. A lovely day on the water with Konstantinos and Miona. Casa di Gio really is splendid. Later this week I shall be robbing a bank to prepare for our return next year! Guy Andrews

idyllic in every way

The property itself is stylishly, thoughtfully designed and perfectly situated. It felt both tranquil and private ... yet still connected, with a charming walk to Fiskardo through the olive groves and cicadas taking us quickly to the nearby harbour, tavernas and a delicious bakery. Perfect for kids and grown-ups. Catherine was a fabulous and considerate host - helping us out promptly with all we needed.

Dream Holiday

Casa Di Gio is a fantastic villa and in one of the best locations in Fiscardo. We had a fantastic family holiday with a view every morning that will stay with us forever. The villa has a fabulous lay out and very suitable for two families. The outside space is incredible for time by the pool or quiet time in the shade with every location staring at the unobstructed view of the sea and the boats that pass. We found the walk to Fiscardo easy although you need a torch if returning on the path at night. Catherine was incredible making sure everything was in place for our stay and always available if we needed her. We will definitely be back to this wonderful villa.
