The space

We’ve invested in our own little slice of paradise in Sunrise Beach, Noosa and we would be delighted to share our beachside home with you. The apartment has been fully renovated with brand new stylish bathrooms and well equipped kitchen with all mod cons, Nespresso compatible coffee machine & in built filtered water tap. Luxury Egyptian Cotton bed linen, fluffy towels and organic Saya bathroom products ensure you have the holiday of a lifetime.

The apartment is laid out over two spacious levels with the main living and dining area on the first level (with A/C), along with the master bedroom with A/C, TV, ensuite and generous undercover balcony with ocean views.

Watch the kids walk over to the beach in a few seconds.

The second level of the apartment comprises of second and third bedrooms with ceiling fans and main bathroom. The laundry area is also on this level.
You can access the swimming pool directly from the bedrooms sliding doors (the pool is fully fenced). We provide beach towels and equipment for your use.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area and is only a 5 minute easy drive to world famous Hastings Street and main beach. You can easily walk to Sunshine Beach (approx 20 minute walk) where you can find a host of amenities including child friendly Surf Club, gourmet cafes and award winning restaurants. Noosaville is only a 7 minute drive away where you can hire SUP’s, BBQ boats and jet skis.

There is a car port for your use on the ground level and plenty of on street parking. There is also car parking at the beach access across the street. We supply a high chair and port cot for your use (please bring your own cot linen).

Guest access

As our guest you will have access to the entire apartment, car port and sparkling blue shared pool.
Other things to note
There is air conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom. There is a ceiling fan in the second and third bedrooms.

We provide 2 x heaters for your use during the cooler Winter months

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.

These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.

We have a Nespresso compatible coffee machine and starter pods.

NOT PET Friendly due to body corporate bi laws.

Ants and other Insects
Please remember that Sunrise Beach is built on a sand dune and surrounded by National Parks. We endeavour to try our best to keep these to a minimum but they are impossible to fully eradicate and we have learned to live in unison with our precious eco system.

Our home is not suitable for schoolies or large groups of young people.

We have a Smart TV with Netflix. Please use your own account to sign in.

We do provide a porta cot and highchair for your use.
Linen - Please ensure you bring your own cot linen which is not supplied thank you.

The entire building is non smoking. Please refrain from smoking both inside and on the balcony.
