The space

This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house has every detail carefully thought out to make you feel at home but with a twist.Fully functional kitchen with supplies and appliances (tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.), washer and dryer with detergent, bathrooms equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten to pack. There is also a fog machine, which you are welcome to use to make the house a little more spooky.If you get tired of the city’s bustling energy and noisy ghosts inside the house, you can relax in a private green backyard with a barbecue. Don’t forget to pack a swimsuit because the place also has a hot tub to spend some fun nights with friends and family!

According to our policy all guests must provide information, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can't guarantee a refund.✓ Pets are allowed in the house. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. ✅Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet ✅The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. ✅Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID: international passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call - 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
