The Space:
The family vacation villa is located inside the gated Storey Lake Resort Community near all the theme parks and loaded with amenities that are available to all guests. Head to their clubhouse called The Hideaway Club, which features a resort-style pool, two waterslides, a lazy river, and a kids' splash park. There’s a 9-hole mini-golf course and putting green, a sand volleyball court, sports courts, an arcade-style game room, and a playground. At the lake, you can rent kayaks for the day and go cruise around. To get your workouts in, there’s a state-of-the-art fitness center. And when you don’t feel like going too far for food, you can enjoy on-site dining and drinks at the outdoor Tiki bar or order food and drinks poolside. This place truly has it all!

In Storey Lake, guests have free parking on the premises, which makes it very easy to get around the area that’s surrounded by a variety of restaurants, outlet malls, shopping centers, world-class golf courses, and of course, all of the area’s most popular theme parks and attractions. The nearest international airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), about 20 miles from the resort community.

Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

A BBQ grill rental is available for use for an additional fee. The propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Please note the home is 2 stories, and guests will need to climb stairs to access the upper floor.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, such as basic soap, body wash, shampoo and toilet paper, as well as some basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher soap/pods, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Please note that these are not replenished.

There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like, we can arrange a cleaning for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

You can check yourself in using the keypad. Check-in instructions and necessary codes will be provided before your arrival.
