The space
The apartment is my secondary residence and is furnished at a high level with designer furniture and personal effects.
The Living Room has a 75cm Smart TV with various Streaming Platforms and a large lounge that easily seats 5-6 people comfortably as well as an additional relaxation space with daybed for reading and enjoying the view.
The Master bedroom has a King Bed and the second bedroom doubles as an additional relaxation room with a double and single seat sofa lounge that can be separated for 2-3 children or create another King Plus size bed for adults. Down bed topper makes the sofa lounge very comfortable.
The Balcony is spacious and has a large bar table and four tall bar stools.
Whilst there is only one bathroom there is a seperate toilet and laundry.
You will also have access to a desk and basic office supplies.
Guests have full access to all rooms and storage for personal items.
Lock up garage available and usually ample parking for additional cars on the street outside without parking restrictions.
The Living Room is air conditioned and all other rooms have ceiling fans and/or a portable fan.
